This ground-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a spacious layout for up to 5 guests, complete with a private fenced yard and inviting outdoor dining areas. Inside, enjoy all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, and stylish coastal decor. Take advantage of the community swimming pool and unwind in a space designed for relaxation and connection.

Las Gaviotas is located in beautiful Tamarindo, only 800 meters from the famous Playa Tamarindo beach! Our condo sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen for making home-cooked meals, Outside, we are happy to offer a shared pool to help beat the heat, as well as BBQ facilities and a shared terrace. The ground level unit itself has a small private fenced in yard, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee with the sunrise or a relaxing glass of wine at sunset.

The property itself is located within a 5-minute walk of many restaurants and bars. We’re also just a 10-minute drive from Las Baulas National Park, just 5 km from Tamarindo Airport, and 60 km from Liberia Daniel Oduber Quirós Airport.

A quick walk takes you to Tamarindo Beach, ideal for surfing and swimming. As one of the safest locations in Costa Rica, Tamarindo is a town in the Guanacaste Province, on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. It’s known for beaches with strong surf, like Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. To the north, Playa Grande beach is a major nesting site for huge leatherback turtles and forms part of Las Baulas National Marine Park. The mangrove-lined estuary of Tamarindo Wildlife Refuge protects animals such as howler monkeys and crocodiles. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing zen stay or an adventure-filled nature lovers excursion, there is something for everyone here!

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
