"This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 5000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Gated residence with 24/7 security and on-site administration office
- Check-in with English-speaking staff
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings. Returning tenants benefit from lower rates and better payment terms.
