This spacious condo in the Punt Vierkant area is part of the popular Belmar Oceanfront Apartments and offers beautiful sea views. With 220 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room to unwind. Nearby you’ll find Good and More: 350 meters, the beach of Bachelor’s Beach: 650 meters, restaurant Brass Boer: 700 meters, and dive center Dive Friends Delfins: 950 meters. The condo is on the second floor. The complex features a communal outdoor pool, a regular pool, perfect for cooling off.

As a guest of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 11, you’ll have access to the entire condo: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen, living room, and the spacious balcony. You can also enjoy the shared garden and the communal pool within the complex. Parking is free on premises and on the street right by the property. With your own car you can reach every corner at your own pace, from remote snorkeling spots to local eateries. We recommend renting a car. Most roads are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is advised. Park roads are unpaved and can be rough. There’s no public transport and few taxis, especially on busy cruise days.
