Recently redecorated apartment featuring two bedrooms, complete air conditioning, and a bright, laid-back atmosphere. It offers a comfortable living room with a smart TV and a PS4, a dining area for six, and round-the-clock building security. Located just steps from Cartagenaâs lively plazas, cafĂ©s, and historic sitesâyour Caribbean retreat awaits!
The space
The apartment has two bedroomsâone with a king-size bed and the other with a bunk bed plus a twin bed with an extra mattress. In the living room, thereâs a sofa, four chairs, a 49-inch cable TV, and a PS4 with some games. Each room has air conditioning.
The building (Edificio Ayos) features an elevator and stairs leading to the third-floor apartment.
The front desk staff in the lobby is available 24/7. After 10 pm, unregistered guests are not allowed into the building. All guests must be registered at the front desk.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including a washer and dryer. There is also a small kitchen with an oven and refrigerator. Showers provide hot water.
Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace, which features a common hot tub and a barbecue. For private use, it must be reserved upon arrival at the front desk. Additionally, there is a shared pool in the lobby area.
Other things to note
In the showers, the hot and cold water controls are reversed; blue indicates hot water and red indicates cold. Feel free to help yourself to any food and drinks available in the apartment. Wine glasses can be found in the cupboard directly beneath the TV, and tea is stored in the bottom cupboard next to the refrigerator.
We aim to reduce our environmental impact by encouraging you to use the aluminum canteens provided in the kitchen cabinet for carrying water while exploring the city. Kindly use and return them before your checkout.
The average temperature in Cartagena is 27°C (81°F). We provide three A/C units at the apartment, and we understand you'll likely keep them on during your stay. However, please remember to turn them off when you leave, as leaving them on can cause the units to freeze and cease functioning.
