In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival

Bringing pets to the apartment carries an additional cost subject to prior consultation.

Although the apartment is located in a safe and generally quiet area, due to high demand and the constant flow of residents and visitors, you may occasionally notice the gentle buzz of urban life and some activity within the building.



We inform you that work will be carried out on the building's roof between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., which may cause intermittent noise throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding.
