Welcome to Villa Desiree, a modern 5-bedroom luxury villa inside the gated Cocotal Golf & Country Club! This special place is a home base built for families and groups who want real space, not just a room. Between the private pool, a covered outdoor kitchen and bar, and a dedicated kids’ playground you can watch from the terrace, there’s enough here that nobody needs to leave the property to have a good day.

THE SPACE

The main floor opens into a bright lounge with big sofas and a smart TV, with floor-to-ceiling windows that slide open onto a partially covered terrace overlooking the garden, pool, and playground. There’s a full indoor dining room for group meals, a casual breakfast nook in the kitchen for coffee and quick bites, and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances for anyone who wants to cook.

Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 have king beds. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor with their own terrace access, plus the primary suite upstairs, and 1 has two double beds with a garden view, ideal for kids or a group of friends. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet), a smart TV, AC, ceiling fan, and generous closet space; one bedroom even has an open-air shower.

The primary suite adds soaring ceilings, a sitting area, a heated jetted tub in the en-suite, and a private panoramic terrace looking out over the pool, garden, and golf course. Plus, a small workspace nook if you need to get anything done!

OUTDOOR LIVING

The pool is surrounded by tropical greenery, with sun loungers and daybeds for lounging and shaded seating for anyone who wants out of the sun. Next to it, a covered nook with a built-in grill and bar seating makes for easy outdoor cooking and dinners in the evening.

And for families, there’s a private playground with swings, a slide, a climbing structure, and a playhouse. And everything is visible from the terrace and pool, so kids can play while the adults relax nearby.

COCOTAL GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

As our guest, you’ll have complimentary access to the community’s shared pool, sunbeds, and relaxation area, plus the clubhouse restaurant and bar, the 27-hole golf course (extra fee), and the walking paths and sports areas around the community.

A golf cart can be rented on request for an extra fee, and booking directly with us for 3+ nights comes with a golf discount of 3-10%, depending on length of stay.

Note that access to the neighboring Meliá Resort isn’t included, and any use of its facilities is separate and subject to its own fees.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS

Cocotal is a controlled-access community, so we’ll ask you to send copies of all guests’ passports or IDs before arrival to arrange access and complete registration. Security may also ask for ID on your first entry.

Expecting visitors during your stay? Just let us know in advance so we can register them; visitor access can be processed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
