Other things to note
After making a reservation, you must provide passport photos of all guests who will be staying in the apartments so that we can issue you a pass for entry into the Cap Cana territory (in accordance with Cap Cana regulations).

When staying at the apartment, guests must abide by the Cap Cana resort rules and generally accepted decency.

When checking into the apartment, guests also leave a deposit for the safety of the property, which is $ 500 USD (cash). In the absence of damage - the deposit is returned upon departure.
