Goodholme Manor- Modern and Spacious
Welcome to Goodholme Guesthouse – a modern and spacious, pet-friendly 4 bedroom house, with a pool and ample entertainment areas. Tucked away on a quiet, tree lined street, in an upmarket suburb of Durban North, means you will experience a wonderfully peaceful and enjoyable stay. A large solar installation ensures an uninterrupted electricity supply.
The house is centered around a large fully-equipped kitchen, adjoining an open plan dining room and lounge with a large wall-mounted smart tv. The bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned and full of natural light. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite, while the 4th has private access to its own bathroom.
There is a bar area that feeds onto a second lounge that boasts an indoor gas braai. Both lounges have stacking doors that open onto a large pool and garden, that is bathed in sunlight. Ideal for entertaining with family and friends. Pets are also allowed so they don’t miss out on the fun either!
The back of the house has a full length verandah which is perfect for mealtimes in the outdoors or simply catching some downtime with a good book. For your peace of mind the perimeter has an electric fence and the house itself is alarmed and has armed response.
Your visit will be managed by Feels Like Home, a company that is known for going out of their way to ensure guests remember their stay for all the right reasons. You can therefore expect comfortable linen, uncapped WIFI, excellent communication and all the creature comforts and facilities to truly make your stay ‘feel like home’.
Tea, coffee, sugar, 500ml milk, salt, pepper, oil, washing up liquid, hand wash, washing powder dishwasher tablets, body wash, shampoo and bath towels and beach are all provided.
The house is fully serviced every 4 days of your stay and extra cleans can be arranged at a nominal fee. For those who like to do their own cleaning in between our scheduled cleans, everything you need to make that happen is supplied in the flat.
Pick ‘n Pay Hyper is 1km away and the intersection of Adelaide Tambo Dr and Swapo Rd are 1.5km, making everything from shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and everything in between practically a stone’s throw away.
For the beach-lovers, outdoor and watersports enthusiasts there’s Durban Country Club and Golf Course (4km), Durban Beachfront – and it’s magnificent 5km long promenade (1.6km), Glenashley Beach – the “cleanest beach in Durban” (6km), Umhlanga Beachfront - and promenade (9km), as well as a multitude of tennis and padel courts to choose from.
If it’s entertainment and shopping for you or the kids you’re looking for, a visit to uShaka Marine World (9.5km), Gateway Theatre of Shopping (11km) or the Sharks Board (10km) are great options.
