The Main Villa

The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (2 en suite) in a light-filled, stylish space. Open-plan living leads onto terraces with direct beach access and stunning ocean views. Every room balances comfort with Tuscan elegance.

The Barn

A separate barn provides 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, a living area, full kitchen, private outdoor entertaining space, and a hot tub, perfect for privacy or larger groups.

We’ve lived on the Western Cape coast for years and know every hidden cove, surf break, hiking trail, foodie hotspot and sunset spot that makes this region so special.

We are both avid kitesurfers and Sunset Beach is our playground. We also love exploring the coastline, hiking, camping and discovering off-the-beaten-path cafés, markets, and scenic viewpoints. Together, we’ve spent the last year curating the villa and surrounding property to create a space that blends luxury with comfort, style with practicality, and ensures our guests feel relaxed the moment they arrive.

We renovated this villa not just as a holiday home, but as a space where friends, families, and adventure lovers can come together to enjoy the ocean, the pool, and each other’s company. From the large tables in the main house for shared meals, to the private barn for extra privacy, to the heated pool and wood-fired hot tub, every detail has been designed to create memorable, effortless stays.

Our goal is simple: to provide a luxury beachfront experience that lets guests enjoy both adventure and tranquility.
