Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all amenities from the clubhouse which includes complete workout room and access to the community pool, and clubhouse facilities.

According to community rules and regulations, the maximum occupancy for this condo is 4 guests and cannot be exceeded at any time.
Additional guests beyond the registered number are not permitted. Reservations arriving with more guests than booked will be denied check-in.
Visitors are welcome during the day as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded. A $250 USD fine applies if this rule is violated.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, external vendors are not allowed inside the property. Our concierge team is happy to recommend trusted local partners for any services or assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We welcome monthly reservations, though an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Please confirm this detail prior to booking.
