Located on the third floor (Level 2 Europa). It consists of a kitchen, living room (with sofa bed), dining room, terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer-dryer, and a private pool (no hot water). The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Smart TVs are available in the living room and each bedroom. A kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary to prepare any dish. The furnishings are in harmony with the surroundings and are finely decorated, making your vacation even more pleasant. In the common area, you can enjoy a social area with a BBQ, tables and chairs, a children's area, and two swimming pools. In the social area it has a large swimming pool and a small pool for children, as well as games for infants, bathrooms and showers, a BBQ area with tables and chairs that can be used upon request. You can move around the neighborhood easily on foot, this is the area with the largest number of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, it also has some banks and small supermarkets within no more than 250 meters around, the beach is only about 220 meters away. On the same street at the back, if you have a vehicle, we give you a control for the covered parking, if you have visitors, there is an outdoor parking lot that they can use. We are in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages. - ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on each guest's usage during their stay. The approximate cost of energy is 20 Dominican pesos per kW (may vary). Payments can be made in cash, local bank transfer, or Airbnb (please note that we must add a US$7.00 bank transaction fee to the initial amount when paying via Airbnb). - We charge a security deposit depending on your stay: - US$100 for stays of 2 to 5 days - US$150 for stays of 6 to 13 days - US$200 for stays of more than 14 days - US$400 for stays of more than 3 weeks This deposit must be paid upon arrival in cash, or Airbnb.
