Belle maison meublée de style anglais Tudor avec quatre chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. Un jardin clôturé d'un demi-acre avec un belvédère où vous pouvez vous asseoir, prendre un café le matin, du vin la nuit avec des lumières, un grill, il y a quatre nichoirs dans la cour, des lézards, des lapins et des écureuils d'arbres amicaux. Vous aurez une clé de garage pour garer votre voiture, et il y a un interphone dans presque toutes les pièces pour que vous n'ayez pas à descendre. Deux téléviseurs intelligents HDTV 4k 55 ", deux ordinateurs de bureau Mac et deux laveuses / sécheuses pour les invités. Un en haut et un en bas. Une douche à l'italienne récemment rénovée.

Just what we needed

We were spending Christmas with family that lived in Tampa and were lucky to find this home. Perfectly located for what we needed, we could walk or have a quick 2 min drive. House is large and with a family of 6 everyone had their own space.

Perfect house

This house is beautiful, spacious, clean. The kitchen is beautiful! Great place for gathering! We played games around the dining room table and the kitchen bar area!! Would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect stay

Our vrbo was the perfect home for my family’s weekend trip. The home was very spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. I would stay here again during my next trip in the tampa area.

Perfect long weekend

Jennifer's home was great! Perfect amount of space for 5 adults and infant, wonderfully clean, spacious, everything we needed. Definitely made our visit so much nicer than a hotel stay. This one is a keeper!

This property and experience was much less than expected. Multiple hazards in the home and one of the less cared for and dirty places we have ever stayed. The property did not include all the amenities as listed. I would highly recommend you DO Not EVER stay at this property or any other Vrbo properties!

Comfy & Cozy

Had a great time in Tampa/Brandon. Property listing is very accurate. Everything you need from a home away from home is here at this property. Comfy beds, clean interior, accommodating host, easy checkin/out process. If all goes as planned, I will select same place for next year! Oh, and you have all you need within a 5 mile radius, retail shopping, food, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

Be a Traveler, Not a Tourist

Spacious, beautiful house in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen is ah-mazing! The beds are real beds and super comfortable. We were in the area to visit Tampa and also attend the Sun 'n Fun Airshow. This house is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores. If a bit of road noise is going to bother you, pack a white-noise machine and just know that the road noise is present when spending time in that beautiful back yard. Our host was very attentive and responsive. We would stay there again.

Wonderful home during our visit from San Diego, California to visit family.

This property was great as we were in town for only a few days to visit family from San Diego. The yard is very large and our kids enjoy playing. The home (not house because I felt as I was at home) is wonderful inside and out. I had very little contact with the owner as everything was set up perfectly during our stay and did not require almost any further guidance from the intial instruction. It's a beautiful home away from home.

The place to stay in Brandon

Lovely house. The kitchen, especially, is fabulous. Enough room for all four of us in cozy upstairs. Driveway parking great. Will stay again.

Escape to the sun

Nice house in residential neighborhood. Some road noise from busy main street. The property could use some tlc. Some updates that were done were great, but a week of deep cleaning, repair work, and yard work would make this property really shine. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again if the situation arose. Bed in master bedroom was the most comfortable one I have slept on in any of the VRBO rentals we have used (usually 2 to 3 a year). Great communication from Jennifer, the property owner.

Big house in Brandon

The house is big! Big bedrooms wirh real beds ( no foldaway or sofa beds) two big bathrooms, god wifi, big kitchen with lots of utensils, a formal dining area. But it needs TLC… and proper cleaning.

Even better second time

Love this house. Second time we have been here. The back yard alone makes it great. Grilled out several nights under the gazebo. The extra space and multiple bathrooms make it great for a family visit. We walked at night and felt safe! Not a lot of places you can do thay any more. The upgrades made from our trip last year made it even nicer. We will be back next year.

Nice house close to our family wedding activities

House was clean and large enough for our family stay. Back yard was large with gazebo and patio, a few more chairs to enjoy the outside would be a nice added feature. The house was minutes from our wedding venue and only mikes from our family which made it very convenient for travel.

Everything was wonderful. The property can be a bit better maintained. The yard has many over grown useless plants & in every closet there is a mess. The bathroom door by the kitchen doesn't lock properly & in one of the rooms the door locks on its own without locking it. Overall it was a beautiful home.

Absolutely wonderful

The owner takes great care of this home. It was in the perfect location for us and looked exactly as advertised in photos. Kitchen is stunning and the home was spacious and enough for myself, husband, daughter as well as my brother and his wife, with room to spare. Shower pressure was great and water stayed hot while both showers plus the washing machine was running. We made great use of the in room fridge in the primary bedroom and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised and the property was clean and well maintained. WiFi was super fast and it handled all of our devices. Loved the access of computer even though we did not need to use it. Will definitely use it again if available

Great Family Get Together Home

We traveled to the Tampa area for a birthday celebration with family and this house was perfect for us all to come from different areas of the state and convene in one place. We had seven adults and two children (house was advertised for 9 people when we booked it) all staying in the home together and it worked out perfectly. There were enough beds for all of us without having anyone sleeping on a couch. We did bring a set of plates with us, due to a previous review. They do have a decent amount of kitchenware but not a matching set of plates. Not a big deal. We did end up buying a pair of scissors because there isn't a set in the house. Also, the towel and sheet situation was a bit disappointing. There was a towel or two in each bathroom and more in the closets, however, the linen closets were not organized with folded extras. The house and property are beautiful but could use some updating. Just your usual maintenance that comes with property ownership like overgrown greenery around the trellis and gazebo, marks on the walls in the stairwell from travelers bringing their suitcases upstairs, and other small updates you'd notice and fix up if living in the home. We would've preferred not to be reminded of the woes of homeownership while we were on vacation but again...not a deal breaker for us. One important thing to note is that the rail by the staircase has spindles that a small child could fit through. Our kids didn't try to go through them but something to be aware of if you have little ones who like to adventure. The house is located on a small, quiet street just off a larger busier road but we felt safe and it was a convenient location for the activities we were doing, Dinosaur World and Clearwater Aquarium. If you're going to be spending time outside, I would recommend bringing the folding lawn chairs for additional seating as well as some yard games. We cooked with the charcoal grill one night and it was a wonderful time. Overall, we truly cherished our stay in this big home and had plenty of room to enjoy each other's company without feeling on top of each other. A great value for the size of property you are renting!

Property was spacious inside and out. Home was clean except for upstairs bathroom toilet & floor mats and some dirty dishes. Was disappointed for a home that sleeps 8 people there were not more dishes. Luckily since we drove down I brought some of my own for an early Easter dinner. Note the street the home is 1 house down from is very busy most of the time. Owner was prompt in communication but it was annoying to be told several times about the no party rule. As I clearly stated my high school daughter & I were visiting my college son and making Easter dinner for him and 2 friends I'm not sure how that sounds like a party.

My daughters wedding

The whole process was smooth and easy as this was my first vacation home rental. I can definitely say I will do it again. The only issue at the house was we didn’t have an iron and ironing board.

Best house we have stayed at in Florida

We travel a lot for business, so we have stayed at a lot of places. This one just blew us away. So much space. That is important when 5 or 6 people have to live together for a few days. The back yard is breathtaking. Cooked out several nights. 2 sets of washer and dryers. Large garage. Great neighborhood. Everything was just as listed or better. Will definitely book here again.

Great location, great house

Great location and house close to Tampa. We loved the bold color and decor choices!! Private back yard with covered gazebo. Ample space for a family or for traveling friends. Comfy couches and beds. Huge kitchen with cookware if you want to cook on vacay! Easy check-in and out and the owner is just a text or call away for any needs. I would def recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was big enough for our family and extended family. Great location to grocery store and the mall. Only 2 TV's in the home, master and family room. No outside light at the front door. Great price for the size of the house. Houston
