This accommodation is located in the famous Al kassaba residence, which is considered the best residence in Oued Laou. This residence is opposite the sea and its front door is a convenience store and fast food - ice cream and juice.
The residence also has a large swimming pool allowing your children to swim in a pool and at sea.
The space
One of the few large apartments in Oued Laou, this accommodation is dedicated to large families or for two small families sinceit has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the possibility of accommodating up to 9 people, as you can add an extra bed when needed.
This apartment does not have a view of the pool which guarantees calm and good time to relax.
It has a back garden view of the residence.
Guest access
- Guests will be entitled to the residence toilet, residence shower, residence pool.
Pool subject to bracelet system in high season so as not to have an overcrowded pool.
- Street parking only.
Other things to note
- Don't expect a 5 star hotel. This is a vacation apartment dedicated to vacation rental. Very demanding people are not called upon to book in this apartment.
- I am not always present on site, a co-host will be in place 24/7 to give you the keys. In case of my absence, it will always be at your service.

- We offer you a guide service and suggestions of the most fabulous places in the Oued Laou region.
- We give you if you need the instructions, the phone numbers of the taxi, the phone number of the tourist boat owner to have you walk in the open sea and discover the private beaches near Oued Laou.
- Residence swimming pool with bracelet system. 3 bracelets per apartment.
- Functional swimming pool from 06/15 to 09/15.
- Monday day off swimming pool, enjoy the sea in front of the residence.
- We can take you for a walk around the Oued Laou area and take professional photos as well as drone photos.
- Broken balcony blind ( does not go down).
