The Space:

Geometric wooden front doors welcome you to the property, providing a taste of the aesthetic adventure to come. From the foyer, it’s just a few steps to the 6 bedrooms, which provide plenty of privacy for up to 12 guests. Every bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning, ample closet space, a smart TV, and access to the terrace or garden:

This home is just 12 minutes (6.2km) from La Romana International Airport, 54 minutes (73.6km) from Punta Cana International Airport, and 75 minutes from Las Américas International Airport (Santo Domingo) by car.



In order to explore the area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. We are happy to assist with arranging car service or a rental vehicle. Parking for up to 8 vehicles is possible on-site.

Please note that Casa de Campo Resort requires all villa guests to register and pay a resort registration fee to access the resort’s amenities and services. The fee is:

• US$25-30 per person, per night (ages 12 and older)

• US$12-15 per person, per night (ages 4 to 12)

• Complimentary for children under 4



Each registered guest receives an ID card valid for the duration of the stay. This card grants access to:

• Minitas Beach and the main hotel pool (towels and chaise lounges included)

• The Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, and Cygalle Healing Spa

• Golf courses and advance tee time reservations at applicable rates

• The Fitness Center at the villa owner’s preferential rates

• Courtesy internal resort transportation

• Discounts and special offers at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and activities

• The services of the Central Romana Medical Centre



At the end of your stay, any charges made to your ID card will be billed directly to your credit card by Casa de Campo Resort.



A refundable security deposit is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. The deposit is held by the Host and will be returned after check-out, provided no damages are incurred.

A member of our professional concierge team will be at the home to welcome you and provide a tour of the property.



Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.



When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and can arrange your transportation back to the airport.
