En entrant dans cette maison chaleureuse et accueillante, vous planifierez toutes vos futures vacances dans cette maison au bord du lac. Les baies vitrées donnant sur les montagnes et le lac offriront à tout obturateur l'occasion de capturer chaque instant que vous passez dans cette maison avec une toile de fond incroyable qui est difficile à trouver ailleurs.

Avec une grande CUISINE GOURMANDE et une île, la réunion de la famille chaque soir sera un plaisir pour tout chef. Beaucoup d'espace pour manger, visiter et simplement profiter de l'emplacement. Le salon a une grande cheminée pour se détendre lors de ces soirées de montagne fraîches et des meubles qui vous invitent à vous asseoir et à vous détendre. La suite principale au niveau principal offre des vues spectaculaires depuis les grandes portes-fenêtres et une cheminée pour une sensation romantique et chaleureuse. Le loft a beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants pour jouer à des jeux, lire un livre ou deux, ou simplement se détendre après une journée remplie de plaisir sur le lac. La chambre en mezzanine a un lit superposé et un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain privée.

Le niveau inférieur a une terrasse magnifiquement ombragée pour une sieste l'après-midi ou pour simplement sortir du soleil chaud de la montagne. Avec des meubles en cuir blanc et une cheminée pour se réchauffer, vous pourrez profiter d'un peu de calme pendant que la famille se repose. Deux chambres king et une salle de bain complète complètent le salon familial en bas. Une buanderie surdimensionnée est également à votre disposition si vous restez quelques jours ou quelques semaines.

Beautiful home

House was spotless, perfect location, communication with owner very good. We needed the driveway plowed and it happened same day as requested. The view is amazing and we had all we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Micro Wedding Weekend

This lakehouse served as the perfect most beautiful setting for our daughters wedding. The weather was amazing and pictures are gorgeous. We enjoyed the weekend and made amazing memories.

Beautiful Wedding Cabin

My friends from all over the country came to stay with us for our wedding week at the cabin. This cabin was amazing. We had a great time on the lake and in town. Had our wedding at the cabin on Saturday and it was everything I hoped for. I will definitely come back to stay here again!

Great Lake Residence in Grand Lake!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property because it is so beautiful and right on the lake! My family loves staying here because the views and lake access are so amazing! We had some minor maintenance issues and the property manager was very responsive and sent the team to fix right away. You cannot beat this home for a great trip at Grand Lake!

Grand Lake House

Beautiful house and well equipped (kitchen, laundry, etc). Very good lakeside location with nice dock and canoe onsite. Highly recommend this house for groups of 6-8 people. Great deck. Some issues though. Check in code given was incorrect and if other doors hadn’t been unlocked then we would have been locked out for six hours on arrival. The house is three levels which is not described in the listing and could be an issue for people that have difficulty climbing stairs. Downstairs shower had no hot water but main bedroom shower on second floor is absolutely wonderful so no problem if you don’t mind sharing the shower. Overall a beautiful house with very nice amenities for larger groups. And Grand Lake area is absolutely fantastic for hiking, boating, etc. plus the town is very cute with enough nice shops and restaurants to please almost everyone!

Beautiful Lake Home

We had a wonderful time at the lake home and were able to rent a boat from just down the street. The views were amazing and the location is great! Had trouble getting the upper level shower to work and the basement doors to lock. The home just needs a little TLC, but our overall experience was great! Thank you!

Luxury and beauty on the Lake

This home exceeded our Colorado lakefront rental expectations - by far! Gorgeous 180-degree views of the lake and a gorgeously finished and decorated, well-stocked house, especially the very large kitchen. Direct access to the water. Very convenient to restaurants, entertainment, marina, National Park. We cooked most of our meals at home, enjoyed the lake from our private dock, rented a pontoon on Grand Lake, strolled through charming downtown Grand Lake, hiked to a local waterfall, and drove Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park, a lot of which is above the tree line and is stunning. Hard to find anything to complain about! We'll return!

Best yet!

We have been spending a week at Grand Lake with our kids and grandkids for a number of years. This was the best house yet! Spacious, comfortable, quiet, fabulous views, and on the lake. The property manager was responsive and took care of minor issues quickly. Despite the unseasonable weather, we had a great time and hope to return.

Spectacular views from the decks

My family went crazy when they walked in and saw the views of Shadow Lake and the mountains surrounding. This is not our first stay in Grand Lake so we have some comparisons. This property was Spectacular. Our granddaughter took the loft with the queen beds, we took the main floor and our kids took the lower floor. A 10 minute trip to the entrance of RMNP and 10 minute trip to town. We were up and at the park by 7AM to see the wildlife every morning. We hiked. We went fishing. We had wonderful meals in town and at the house with a well appointed kitchen. The flatware had some food on them which required us to rewash them but every place has their quirks and once you figure them out, it becomes nothing. We hope to get the chance to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Spectacular Labor Day weekend 2022

We stayed at lakeside mountain chalet over Labor Day with a group of 11 people and 1 dog. WOW - the house is spectacular. There is so much wonderful space - both inside and outside. The options in terms of sitting outside and watching the lake are endless. The dock is lovely and easily accomodating our 2 sailboats. We had paddleboards as well and the easy access to the lake was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, the views from inside the house are unmatched, and the beds were absolutely plush and comfortable. Probably our favorite VRBO ever - we'll be back. If you've got a big group (and even a dog or two) - this is your place. Absolutely perfect for us! Thank you - and Samantha (the property house) - is lovely and kind. Thanks!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This house worked great for our multi-generation family getaway. I really appreciate having king-sized beds in 3 rooms. We had 3 couples, so it was perfect. The kitchen is good sized and has good work space. We ate every meal at the house, so we appreciated the good quality pots/pans & other kitchen tools. The "coffee closet", as we called it, was a great space for our dry goods, dog food, and other extras. My favorite part of the house was all of the outdoor space. The decks are marvelous and the views are just what you hope for in the mountains. The yard is beautiful and we took advantage of it by having a photographer come and take family photos. The refrigerator ice dispenser didn't work properly and one toilet was a little wonky, but neither impacted the joy of our trip. The house is just 4-5 minutes from the town of Grand Lake. I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 because the house is right on Hwy 34, so there was road noise. A note, in case you're bringing elderly folks, there are lots of stairs. They're needed, of course, because the house is on the side of a hill, but if your older folks aren't steady on their feet, this would not be a good house for them. The master bedroom is on the main floor, so that could work if they're able to get down the 7-8 steps at the front door. Samantha, the concierge, was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Overall, this is a great place to stay. It's conveniently located and the setting is gorgeous. Very nice!

Great place for vacation

We love the location. It's close to downtown. The view is gorgeous. We actually rent a boat to tour the lake. It was such a fantastic experience, very relaxing and beautiful.

Beautiful views and Lots of stairs

This is a wonderful place for groups. We had a family reunion and the dock came in handy with the pontoon boat we rented for a day from Trail Ridge Marina. There are a lot of stairs which made it difficult for my 88 year old mother. But she was happy just lounging on the deck and looking at the water. We were also visited by deer and lots of birds.

Wedding in the mountains.

My wife and I eloped to Colorado with 30 of our closest friends and family. This house was the host for our rehearsal dinner/reception party. It could not have been a more beautiful location. The view of the lake with mountains surrounding you on al sides. There’s nothing like it. I can’t wait to come back in the future. The house is gorgeous, and getting to live like a millionaire for a weekend ain’t so bad either.

Fantastic Property

The pictures are every bit of what the place looks like. We had a wonderful time here and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The view of the lake is outstanding and the amenities are top notch. Plenty of space for all 6 of us and the property makes great use of the views on every level down to the dock. Would definitely recommend to others.

A great stay with a few minor annoyances

This is an amazing property with fantastic views and appointments throughout, it does not disappoint. Communication was great but unfortunately, we were unable to get a few things resolved. The show in the lower level was not working and unfortunately, the repair person was unavailable so we were unable to get this resolved while we were there so we all had to use one of the other showers. There are some nice landscaping lights that we were unable to figure out how to turn on which made it difficult to use the lower outside patio as it was poorly lit. Lastly, there were a few cobwebs around the outside decking that seemed like they could have been clean up a bit. The kitchen had everything we needed along with a good selection of spices. The bathrooms were clean and tidy and the linens were nice. Bedding is fantastic as well. Overall a great place!
