Welcome to your tropical getaway on the Northside of Caye Caulker! Our two-story vacation unit offers a perfect blend of comfort and island charm, making it an ideal retreat for families, couples, or friends. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a family barbecue, or exploring the stunning coral reefs, our two-story unit provides the perfect base for your Caye Caulker adventure.
Sirena House is our largest unit, comfortably accommodating up to four guests with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and convenient vacation. There is a king bed on the first floor, and a queen size sleeper sofa on the second floor.

**First Floor:**
The first floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private master bath, complete with a closet for all your belongings. The room is equipped with light filtering curtains and it's own AC unit to keep you cool. Enjoy a restful nightâs sleep on our cozy linens and and wake up refreshed for a day of island adventures.
**Second Floor:**
Head upstairs to find a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, and a full-size fridge and freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable living room with a queen-size pullout sofa, perfect for additional guests. The second floor also has a workspace area and a second full bath, providing convenience and flexibility for your stay.
Step out onto the screened-in porch on the top floor, where you can dine al fresco with seating for four. Itâs the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal while taking in the tropical surroundings.
Check out the rooftop deck located over the front studio units and enjoy the swing or chairs for morning coffee or the sunset, where you get 360 views of the ocean and island!

Casa Sirena is located on the Northside of Caye Caulker. The Northside is only accessible by boat and there are two ferry services that run daily for your convenience. Our property is located 1/2 mile from The Split.
**Bikes**
We provide bikes for your use while staying at Casa Sirena. Please let us know if you'd like to use them, or if you plan to rent a golf cart. We can help arrange your golf cart rental!
**Restaurants and Stores on the Northside**
There are 7 restaurants and 2 convenience stores on the Northside. There is Mercado which is located on the BluZen property and RCD which is near The Split, where you can grab snacks, drinks, essentials. For restaurants there is La Fogata, Lotus at BluZen, Happy Lobster, Peach on the Beach, Carribbean Roots, Korner Stop Kafe, and El Ben. All of these serve delicious food and drinks daily, please use google maps to find their locations or check out their website/FB page for contact information.
As our guest, youâll have access to a range of shared amenities that enhance your stay.
- Swimming Pool: Jump into our refreshing 4ft deep pool, complete with floats and toys for both adults and kids to enjoy.
- Outdoor Eating Area: Dine al fresco in our designated outdoor eating space, perfect for family meals or social gatherings. There is a picnic table and also a bar with seating, and it's own mini fridge, perfect for keeping your drinks by the pool cold.
- Propane Grill: Fire up the propane grill for a delicious barbecue. Whether youâre grilling fresh local seafood or your favorite meats, youâll have everything you need for a great cookout.
- Outdoor Shower: Rinse off after a swim or a day at the beach with our convenient outdoor shower.
- Fire Pit: Gather around the wood-burning fire pit with comfortable seating for a cozy evening under the stars.
- Laundry Facilities: For your convenience, we provide laundry facilities on the property, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board in the laundry room
Casa Sirena offers a unique travel experience on the Northside of Caye Caulker, a remote getaway perfect for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. Accessible only by boat, Casa Sirena provides a peaceful retreat, while still being close enough to the vibrant South side for convenience.
Access:
Casa Sirena is accessible via a ferry service that runs across "The Split" from approximately 6 AM to 10 PM, with hours that may vary. For a small fee, you can easily travel back and forth between the North and South sides of Caye Caulker, with two ferry services available for your convenience. Purchase a punch card when you arrive for easy travel and savings. There is an option for private boat shuttles for an extra fee if you'd like to travel outside of the ferry's service hours.
Remote Getaway:
It is important to note that Casa Sirena is in an area with only six restaurants and two convenience stores nearby. Despite its remote location, the North side boasts beautiful, quiet beaches and the opportunity for unique experiences like crocodile sightings, scenic bike rides, and an overall laid back vibe . Itâs the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. We do have an abundance of critters like mosquitoes, lizards, crabs, and birds...you will be surrounded by nature on the Northside. Please keep this in mind as it is a developing area and not your typical, busy, island.
Southside:
While the Northside offers a relaxed atmosphere, the Southside of Caye Caulker is bustling with activity. Youâll find plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. It is easy to take the ferry back and forth from the Northside to the Southside. You can even take your bikes and golf cart back and forth on the ferry for a small fee. This makes Casa Sirena an ideal spot for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds: the peace and quiet of a remote getaway and easy access to the lively Southside.
Things to do:
Caye Caulker has so much to offer! While we don't have many beautiful beaches, there are tons of swimming areas with fun restaurants where you can eat and drink in the water! The perfect way to stay cool while enjoying your day. Every day there is stingray feeding at Iguana Reef and you can also check out the seahorse habitat they have created. You'll also be surrounded by the locals, the pelicans!
One of the most famous activities is feeding the Tarpon on the backside. Simply purchase some sardines and watch the giant fish leap out of the water and take it from your hand. Discounted rates are available to our guests. If you want to do a day trip to the mainland and go cave tubing, zip-lining, and check out the Mayan Ruins, there are plenty of tours available.
Please note that these amenities are shared with two other studio units on the property. This setup offers a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow travelers while still enjoying your own private space. Our fenced-in property ensures security and privacy, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

By booking Casa Sirena, Guest(s) acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of their invited guests during their stay. This includesâbut is not limited toâuse of the swimming pool, bicycles, outdoor equipment, and any other amenities provided on the property.
Casa Sirena, its owners, and managers shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, loss, or damages that may occur during the stay. Guests assume all risks associated with use of the property and its amenities and agree to release Casa Sirena, its owners, and managers from any and all claims of liability.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children and ensuring safe use of the pool, bicycles, and all facilities.

House Rules:
1. **No Parties or Large Gatherings:** We do not allow parties or large gatherings on the property.
2. **Registered Guests Only:** Only guests registered on your reservation or with Reef Property Management are allowed on the property.
3. **Pets:** Only pets that are included in the reservation and approved by management are allowed. A $250 deposit is required for pets.
4. **Respect Other Guests:** Please be respectful of other guests staying in the other units.
5. **Pool Rules:** No diving, and no glass or food in or near the pool area.
6. **Property Items:** Any games, toys, pool floats, etc., must remain on the property for your entire stay.
7. **Quiet Hours:** No loud music or disruptive behavior during quiet hours of 10pm-9am.
8. **Personal Property:** We are not responsible for any rental golf carts or rental bikes on the property.
9. **Property Damage:** Any damage to the property will result in a fine and loss of deposit.
