• Self Check-In via Smart Lock
Cabaña Magdalena offers hassle-free self check-in through a smart digital lock system. Once your full payment and security deposit are settled, we’ll provide you with the access code and check-in guide.
• Bring a Valid Government-Issued ID
Upon arrival at the building lobby, please present and surrender one valid government-issued ID in exchange for a Guest Pass ID, which will serve as your access throughout your stay. The surrendered ID will be returned once you check out and surrender the guest pass.
• Rental Agreement Must Be Signed and Submitted
Inside the unit, placed on the TV console, you will find a Rental Agreement. Please review, sign, and submit the signed copy to the Lobby at Celeste Building (and/or to our Concierge) as soon as possible after entry. This document confirms your understanding and acceptance of the house rules and terms of stay.

• If you check out after 11:00 AM, a late check- out fee of ₱250 per hour will apply.
• Kindly request approval at least 1 day prior if you need an extension. Approval is subject to availability.

Extra guests beyond the original booking must be approved in advance and are only allowed for the dates agreed upon in writing through the message thread. If the booking includes access to an additional bedroom, such access will be granted only for the approved dates. Use of the additional bedroom or accommodation of extra guests outside the approved dates will incur an additional fee per person, per night, and may be subject to Airbnb’s violation policies.

• Any visitor or additional guest must be declared and approved before arrival.

• Self Check-In via Smart Lock
Cabaña Magdalena offers hassle-free self check-in through a smart digital lock system. Once your full payment and security deposit are settled, we’ll provide you with the access code and check-in guide.
• Bring a Valid Government-Issued ID
Upon arrival at the building lobby, please present and surrender one valid government-issued ID in exchange for a Guest Pass ID, which will serve as your access throughout your stay. The surrendered ID will be returned once you check out and surrender the guest pass.
• Rental Agreement Must Be Signed and Submitted
Inside the unit, placed on the TV console, you will find a Rental Agreement. Please review, sign, and submit the signed copy to the Lobby at Celeste Building (and/or to our Concierge) as soon as possible after entry. This document confirms your understanding and acceptance of the house rules and terms of stay.

• If you check out after 11:00 AM, a late check- out fee of ₱250 per hour will apply.
• Kindly request approval at least 1 day prior if you need an extension. Approval is subject to availability.

Extra guests beyond the original booking must be approved in advance and are only allowed for the dates agreed upon in writing through the message thread. If the booking includes access to an additional bedroom, such access will be granted only for the approved dates. Use of the additional bedroom or accommodation of extra guests outside the approved dates will incur an additional fee per person, per night, and may be subject to Airbnb’s violation policies.

• Only registered and confirmed guests are allowed access to Prisma Residences and the unit.
• Unregistered guests attempting to enter may trigger security alerts through CCTV or roving guard checks.

• Any visitor or additional guest must be declared and approved before arrival.
