Welcome to your perfect Urban Haven in SLC. This stylish and spacious property offers the ideal blend of modern amenities, comfort, and convenience for families, professionals, or small groups visiting the Salt Lake area. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private 2-car garage, and fast WiFi, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Bedrooms:-
1. First Bedroom:
- Located on the 3rd floor.
- Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed.
- Offers convenience and privacy with proximity to
common areas.
2. Second Bedroom:
- Located on the 3rd floor.
- Spacious room featuring a luxurious queen bed.
- Ideal for those preferring extra room.
- Offers a relaxing atmosphere with ample natural
light.
3. Third Bedroom:
- Located on the 3rd floor.
- Perfect for guests or family members.
- Provides a cozy and comfortable stay.
- Bed size is a queen, too.

1. Two Full Bathrooms:
This home includes two full bathroomsâone as an
ensuite in the primary bedroom and the second
centrally located upstairs. Both feature modern
fixtures, tubs/showers, clean towels, and essential
toiletries.
2. Half Bathroom:
A convenient half bath is also located at the property
off the kitchen. Perfect for guests and day use
without needing to access the upstairs bathrooms.

Heat tends to rise in townhomes, so we recommend keeping the thermostat at a lower setting.
This townhome is located in a complex of other townhomes on a busier road. With them being newly built, they are well insulated, and noise doesn't travel easily, but from time to time, you may hear someone in another unit if they are being very loud or a slight buzz from the busier street with cars driving by. The neighbor's patios are also very close, so if someone is outside on the patio, you may hear them slightly through the patio door. Again, it is still very well insulated and quiet, just making sure you're aware this is a complex.

Contactless check-in and check-out with an access code.
You have access to the entire townhome. You have your two-car garage and shared gym/lounge for the complex. There is free street parking in front of the complex and around the park, too, if needed.
Other things to note
We DO NOT allow pets!
Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
