In order to access the complex or property, we need you to send us all this information 1 day before the reservation, otherwise access to the project may be difficult since the staff of this project only works during working hours and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

For this reason, in order to keep our prices competitive and guarantee a quality experience, we ask you to be prudent with electricity. When booking, we'll give you some tips to help you keep your consumption reasonable.

If your stay is longer than 15 days, we can gladly negotiate a special rate for the deposit.

Alternatively, we can manage the cleaning of the property during your stay at an extra cost.
