• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Maximum 1 guest per room – only registered guests permitted (No children)

• Clean up after yourself when using the restroom, since it is shared with another tenant

• No smoking or marijuana

• No pets are allowed

• No parties are allowed
