The Nice Beach Bungalow makes you feel like you’re a part of the island’s enchantment. You walk onto the property and tropical vibes greet you from the start. Banana, coconut, mango, and rainforest greenery welcomes you. Your holiday destination comes alive as soon as you lounge ocean/pool side! We provide as many of the wonderful amenities we feel are needed for a perfect vacation. Soft sheets and comfortable beds are a must! Quality is key! Take a tour of our place and come stay!



The Space:

Our property is located on the north side of Puerto Rico facing the Atlantic. You can walk along the coast, cross the Rio Grande river, and walk for a few miles more. You can boogie board on ocean waves behind the Bungalow. If you prefer to wade in calm waters, the river that runs into the ocean 3 mins away is a great option.

Always refer to your weather app daily to make sure the ocean conditions are ideal for your swimmers. 



Guest Access:

Our guests have access to the entire property. The beach is in your backyard and easily accessed through the back gate. 

An outdoor shower allows you to go from beach to pool without a sandy mess.

Pool vests, balls, toys, floaties, BBQ grill, lounge chairs, beach chairs, and so much more is at your disposal during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The Nice Beach Bungalow is nestled in a common island neighborhood with everyday local activities going on. A beach front basketball court and street side bbq close by. The red street lights down Calle 1 are to encourage sea turtles to nest on our beaches. The sound of the singing coqui is part of the island’s pride and joy. We love our island and hope you do too!



Getting Around:

There are two parking spots in the gated driveway. Any additional parking required would be located in the basketball court parking. 



Other Things to Note:

The Nice Beach Bungalow offers the best of the Caribbean, pool and ocean are within feet from each other.
