• Identification Required: Valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation must be shown at check-in.
• Check-In Time: Standard check-in is from 16:00. Early check-in may be available for a fee, or by booking the night prior.
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM is the standard check-out time. Late departures may incur charges and depend on availability.
• Luggage Storage: Complimentary short-term storage (up to 12 hours) is available at our head office (168 Granby Place) before check-in or after check-out. A €10 fee applies beyond this time limit.
Booking Extensions
Booking extensions are welcomed based on availability and must be confirmed in writing. Rates may vary from the original booking.
House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and report any damages immediately. Fees may be charged for negligence.
• Non-Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. A €200 fine applies for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violators will face a €200 fine and possible eviction without refund.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing. Approved stays will require a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee.
• Lost Keys: A €200 replacement fee will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests must follow proper waste disposal guidelines, separating recyclables and using designated bins or refuse bags provided.
• Energy Use: While all utilities are included, guests are encouraged to use electricity, water, and heating responsibly to support environmental sustainability.
Maintenance, Damages & Liability
• Damage Definition: Damage refers to anything beyond standard wear and tear, such as broken items, excessive stains, or unauthorized alterations.
• Liability: Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or income lost due to unavailability of the apartment.
• Reporting: Any damage, accidental or otherwise, should be reported as soon as it is discovered.
• Bedding & Mattresses: Replacement charges will apply for any soiling or damage.
• Vehicle Disclaimer: The accommodation provider assumes no responsibility for vehicle damage or theft if parking is used.
