Trois chambres à coucher 2. 5 salles de bain cette maison doit être vue pour y croire. Votre propre sanctuaire privé. Ce serait une grande maison pour les couples à partager. C'est un excellent design pour divertir. Partout où vous regardez de mes tableaux à tous les petits détails vous serez grandement surpris. Vous serez tellement content de votre choix. Cette maison est lumineuse, amusante et fantaisiste. Et pour les cocktails et la nourriture, la brasserie Petoskey n'est qu'à quelques pas stupéfiants.

Beautiful house located in a quiet and peaceful setting. We had a wonderful time staying here 4 nights in September. We loved all of the special design touches, including the stained glass, the owner's beautiful original paintings, and the comfortable and interesting furnishings! The house, location, and view were great, and it helped make our time there so restful and relaxing! The owner is very responsive and easy to work with, and we love the beautiful scenic area in and around Petoskey.

Beautiful home-clean, well stocked, great location and lots of room. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view of the lake while resting from a delightful outing in Petoskey.

LOVE THE LOCATION ON THE BIKE TRAIL AND THE BEAUTY OF THE SETTING

Excellent stay. Well laid out and easy to have grown children have the space they needed. we love to ride our bikes and this property is literally on the bike trail. Loved it. Beautiful location and setting was spectacular.

Fantastic Vacation

This homes setting is magical! Close to conveniences.like Walgreens, Culvers & gas station. But feels like a private oasis on the lake! Next to the bike trail...walk to Petoskey Brewery. House is squeaky clean! Very spacious and comfortable! Artwork & decor are gorgeous! Just minutes to Petoskey state park and town! Highly recommend!!!

Gorgeous and clean!

Three girlfriends who needed the perfect Hallmark vacation booked this gorgeous home and had the BEST time! From the stunning art to the peaceful lake and comfy furniture - this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent location. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Richard's home. The house was spacious and clean and nicely furnished. The back patio area has a lovely view of Mud Lake. Great location as well--easy access to the bike trail and state park. 5 stars!

Dazzling decor

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed, the location was convenient, and the interior decorating was stunning! We loved sitting on the patio enjoying a coffee while looking out on the lake. We would definitely come back.

Glorious Respite

Four ladies from 4 different states that make an attempt each year to gather and break away from life’s everyday responsibilities, found the perfect place to gather and enjoy our sisterhood. Nice, clean home in a convenient location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We had some trouble opening the doors, but quickly figured it out with Richard's help. Overall a great option to allow you to explore Petoskey and the neighboring towns. We really enjoyed sitting by the pond/lake behind the house. Thank you for the hospitality!

Gorgeous, Extremely CLEAN!

This property was amazing, First off Ricardo the property owner was great, very responsive with any questions we had. This house was extremely clean and very well stocked with lots of extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The art and decor in this house was stunning. We visited in the winter so I was not able to use the beautiful backyard. If you’re looking for a house that is extremely clean then this is the house to choose! 10 minute drive to Nubbs knob which we visited 2x a day for 4 days. We will definitely be booking again! Thanks again Ricardo!

Perfect house for gathering with friends!

Richard’s home is absolutely beautiful! It’s also clean and spacious. We chose this home for a small bachelorette weekend for 5 ladies. The home had everything we needed to make a couple small meals. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. It’s so beautiful! The back yard is very lovely with rocking chairs and a view of a small pond. The house is also in close proximity to all the fun in Petoskey. I would definitely stay here again.

A Fabulous Place to Stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The house is impeccably clean and quite eclectic! Richard's ( the owner) art work is amazing and he is very good at communicating . It is the best VRBO we have stayed in - and we've stayed in many. We especially enjoyed the backyard - beautiful lake view, quite serene. Once you get past loving the house, the area where it is located is the best. We went to wineries, played golf, went to a live concert (Blood, Sweat and Tears if you are old enough to remember them), biked the trail that is right in front of the house, went to an art festival and just roamed around. Looking forward to going back. It's a great area with cool summer weather (back home it was over 100).

Simply the Best!

Read reviews on how wonderful the Petoskey area is, so my husband and I thought we’d give it a try. Not only is the area as charming as the reviews we read but Richard’s house could be considered second to none in that category as well. Online pictures doesn’t do this property justice. His home is absolutely incredible and not only that he thought of eveything to make our stay memorable. I even asked him if he has other properties as I would plan a vacation just to be able to stay in another one of his homes. We will definitely look him up next time we head to Michigan. Thank you so much!

Fantastic house & location!

House was great for our group. It was better in person than the pictures online. Richard was a fantastic host, very accomodating & paints great art! I think I found a new painting in the house everyday that I hadn't seen the day before. House was very spacious & very clean. We enjoyed Petoskey & Charlevoix. The Petoskey Brewery is literally around the block and had great food, Petoskey state park across the road (has a really great beach), downtown shopping area ,farmers market on Friday. Must go to Sunset park (10 min drive) to see the million dollar sunset, it did not disappoint! We rock hunted at Magnus park, Petoskey beach, Charlevoix beach, Fishermans Island, East park. Had ice cream & chocolates at Kilwins. Awesome mexican restaurant that we ate at twice, Mi Tequila. A really fun putt putt golf place a 3 min drive from house. There's a fire pit, we bought firewood at Meijer,15 min drive. There were spices, sugar, powdered creamer in the cabinet, a keurig & drip cofee maker. Kitchen was fully eqiupped. Had plenty of pillows & blankets & towels. Washer & dryer came in handy. The lake in back is not for swimming. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio. Every room had a tv. 2nd bathroom is a jack & jill. Only negatives: bathroom needs some hooks for hanging things, tons of goose poop in the backyard, no closet access in one of the bedrooms, door was tricky to open. We really enjoyed our stay & I would definitely stay in this house again! Thanks Richard!

Everything in this home has been updated. Furniture, mattresses, linens, towels, down to the potato peeler, every thing is new. Pictures of this lovely home doesn't quite capture.

Stained glass windows from Harbor Springs First Presbyterian Church are over 120 years old. Fire pit for hot dog and marshmallows. Sit and rock your cares away on the patio by the lake. Simply beautiful!
