On the ground floor you have 3 bedrooms, one ensuite, a large bathroom, kitchen and access to great outdoor areas. On the first floor, there is one more kitchen with dining room and a living room with fireplace. Both floors are surrounded by terraces and balconies with magnificent views of the area! The famous Kalamaki sandy beach is just minutes away while Chania city center is just a few minutes drive.

This is a newly built and spacious maisonette offering absolute comfort and able to accommodate up to 6 people in 130m2 of two floors interior space and balconies.

On the ground floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, one ensuite, one bathroom and kitchen while on the first floor there is an open space living room with fireplace, dining room and a second fully equipped kitchen. An extra bathroom is available on this level.

The maisonette is fully air-conditioned but there is also a fireplace for wintertime visitors. Both floors are surrounded by terraces and balconies offering extra seating or dining space. Natural light bathes all interior spaces while windows offer lovely views of the outside, the full of green landscape and the sea in the background.

The house is situated on the outskirts of Chania and only 500m away from the nearest sandy beach. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Chania city center but also be next to the beach and to the famous seafront of Kalamaki and Agioi Apostoloi offering all kinds of services, shops, water sports, and nightlife.

• Bedrooms
The villa offers 3 spacious air-conditioned and bright bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathrooms and with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedrooms two large single beds. All rooms have wardrobes, bedside tables with lampshades, mirror, 32’ smart TVs, roof fans and are fully air-conditioned. All rooms have access to ground floor outdoor spaces. There are insect nets fitted on the windows.

• Bathrooms
The maisonette offers two bathrooms with shower on each floor. There is one more ensuite WC in the master bedroom. All bathrooms are new and beautifully designed. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests.

• Kitchen
The main kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. There is a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso maker and filter coffee machine. The dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate eight persons. There is an additional kitchen on the ground floor.

• Living Room
The kitchen, dining room and living room are in one open area on the upper floor. There is a sitting area with comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a fireplace. The room is tastefully decorated and plenty of natural light comes from the windows. There are beautiful pictures, chairs, and lampshades to create a homely and relaxing atmosphere. If you are a wintertime visitor you can also relax and keep warm in front of the fireplace.

• Outdoors
The first floor of the maisonette is surrounded by balcony offering great views of the garden, the greater area and the Cretan sea in the background. There is also a large dining table and chairs that can comfortably accommodate 8 persons.The ground floor is surrounded by a paved terrace with plenty of space to enjoy moments of relaxation and privacy. There is a barbeque, sitting and dining area. There is private parking space within the complex.

Galatas is located 5km west of Chania, close to Agioi Apostoloi and Agia Marina. The wider area is a well-developed resort that attracts a large number of visitors each summer. Kalamaki, which is the coastal part of Galatas, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and provides all possible touristic services and water sports facilities. The area offers all necessary services and amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, bars, cafes, and restaurants. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.
