The building provides top-notch amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a temperature-controlled pool, a sauna, and a steam room, ensuring you stay active and relaxed throughout your stay. Plus, with direct access to the mall, indulging in a shopping spree is just steps away.
The apartment features an open-plan living area, complete with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows through multiple streaming options and a dining table for four. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
