Spacieux 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes 2Úme étage condo sur "World célÚbre Daytona Beach Shores". Les vues à 180 degrés du balcon sont spectaculaires. Profitez de manger et de cocktails tout en regardant les enfants jouer dans la piscine construite à seulement 25 'ci-dessous. La chambre principale a un lit queen et salle de bain privée avec salle de maquillage. Chambre d'hÎtes a également un lit queen size et un grand lit avec une seule couchette sur le dessus. L'emplacement du condo est sur place, la rue principale Daytona est de 6 miles au nord et Ponce Inlet et la maison de lumiÚre sont à 5 miles au sud. Garage et entrée sans clé, pour votre commodité. Donc, si vous aimez nager bronzer, marcher sur la plage ou simplement passer un repos bien mérité avec la famille et les amis, c'est la location de vacances pour vous. From the moment we opened the door we were in our dream location. We stayed with another couple and we had privacy when needed and the common are was comfortable for up to 6 people! Will definitely be booking with Isabel then next time family comes to town.

Great condo on the beach with all you need to relax and enjoy

Stayed over the weekend and although the balcony was being redone from the hurricane, it didn't bother us. The whole area was destroyed and we're happy to see it all being rebuilt and getting back to normal. The communication about the balcony and pool was great to know ahead of time. We appreciated the heads up. The condo was roomy, clean and stocked with the kitchen items needed. We would definately rent here again.

Great stay in Daytona!

Very lovely oceanfront condo, great views and enjoyed hanging out on the second floor balcony overlooking pool and beach. Very clean and well furnished. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Awesome family vacation

Isabel was a great host, answering all my questions. We rented this condo for our daughter, son in law, and 4 grandkids. The condo was perfect for them especially the three beds, including the queen, in the 2nd bedroom. The views were fantastic and location to restaurants and other activities was great. We will be staying again.

Wonderful property!

Wonderful property right next to the beach with amazing views. Our family had a great stay here, and will definitely come back in the future. Unit was clean and well stocked. Having a laundry room was a plus for us. Host kept in touch and it was a pleasure chatting with them.

Beach Getaway

We loved our stay and the host were very responsive to any questions. We have stayed at this Location for the last 13 years and this unit was new to us! It was better than described and furnished wonderfully. The construction wasn’t an issue for us at all and in fact we found it very interesting to watch a seawall being constructed. We will stay here again no doubt!

Pleasant, relaxing location

The property was roomy and updated with a great location, far enough away from the Daytona Beach proper but close enough that we travelled there almost daily. It was easy to see that the property was cared for with pride and the unit itself had many updates. The beach was family friendly and appreciated vs. the chaos that we experienced at the main Daytona Beach. We will consider staying again in the future.

Beautiful!!

Condo was very nice, quiet and well stocked. Worked great for myself, husband and our boys. We didnt have many questions during our stay, but the couple of times I did text the owner her responses were fast and helpful. A grocery store was only 4 minutes away (a big plus!) We would stay at this property again, no doubt. The living room & master views were beautiful

Birthday Vacation

We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive to questions and provided wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. It was nice for the kids to each have their own bed in the shared bedroom. The surf was really high the first part of our vacation so our beach time was very limited during the day. There is still quite a bit of construction with building up the sea wall and filling in the pool area, but the 100s of dump trucks kept my boys and hubby entertained all week. We will definitely be back and cant wait to see it all finished.

Great place!

Came to Daytona for a triathlon and stumbled upon this gem of a place. It’s quiet and nicely apportioned. It’s close to so many parts of Daytona, including the beach, Speedway and lots of great local eats. The balcony is perfect for grabbing a breakfast with a view. The place is well set up. There’s plenty of kitchen hardware to make just about anything you want-just grab the necessary groceries at the store. There’s even a waffle maker! Owners are super fast to get back to me and very courteous when I couldn’t figure things out on my own. I do recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit. We had 4 adults and we had plenty of space. When I come back to Daytona, I will be looking for this space first.

Great Spring Trip

It's unfortunate that the pool, pool area and grills are gone but understandable after the two hurricanes. The condo was still great though. Great kitchen. The king bed in the master bedroom was not super comfortable for my wife and me but everyone has different preferences on bedding. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to/watching the ocean. Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening. Really appreciated being able to park two vehicles. Overall a great condo and would definitely stay again.

We made the best choice

This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. We arrived late Saturday and had no problems accessing the property. Everything was ready for us and we were ready to relax. The condo had beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and other beach toys. The kitchen had almost everything you need to cook if you wanted to cook. I wish there was a Keurig coffee machine but I survived. Absolutely no issues or bad experiences. We will return!

Pros and Cons

Overall the condo is as described. Be sure to read the full description of the condo and know the pool is not there and there is no direct beach access. There is still a lot of construction and repairs going on from the hurricanes in 2022, but it's still a great place to vacation. Pros - the view from the balcony is fantastic! We enjoyed sitting outside drinking our coffee. The condo is just how it's pictured. We had a few issues, but the owner was responsive. So, we appreciated the communication. The check in / check out process was easy and we like this area of Daytona Shores. We've vacationed in this area for decades. Cons - I personally did not find the master bed comfortable. My husband seemed to sleep fine, but it was way too firm for me. It was nice having assigned garage parking, but just know it's underground and you have to go up a flight of stairs. So, unpack the car before you park your car (we did not!). It was unfortunate that there is no direct access to the beach, but after seeing all the damage in the area, it was understandable. However, getting to the beach is not hard, it's just not direct access. We would encourage anyone to visit this area of Daytona. There are great places to eat, grocery stores are close by, it was very quiet when we were there and despite the construction going on in the area, it's still a good place to vacation.

The location was wonderful. Never had a problem parking outside, even though our jeep was too big to fit in the garage. The pool and the outside was being renovated, but that was disclosed to us prior. The condo itself was oceanfront and had a very nice beachy vibe to it. Many of the features had been updated. The master bed made a terrible creaking sound anytime we moved
 and the recliner was absolutely worn out. The view was great, and I personally like the mirrors on the wall and the wifi abd smart TVs. We enjoyed having the luggage carts and an elevator. The condo was well stocked with chairs, towels and necessities.
