Pour d'autres photos et informations, visitez ma page Facebook (Emerald Isle 1006). Vous ne serez pas désolé. Les vues sont spectaculaires et vous êtes à seulement quelques pas de la plage. Emerald Isle est un bâtiment sécurisé avec accès à partir du Golfe et de l'avenue principale. Il ya 16 étages, deux piscines, un bain à remous, et une (petite) salle d'entraînement. Il ya deux ascenseurs et des toilettes dans le hall d'accueil. Le condo est de 1300 sq. Ft. Avec une cuisine, un salon, deux chambres à coucher, et deux salles de bains. Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée et fournissons tous les draps nécessaires. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui ne plaît pas à cuisiner, nous sommes à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants. Nous sommes propriétaires locaux et essayons très difficile de garder le condo propre et confortable !! Nous ne louerons pas à une personne de moins de 21 ans.

Great family stay!

We had a great stay! We loved the sunsets and dolphin watching from the balcony. The beach chair service and extra towels in the condo were a great convenience as well. The heated pool and hot tub were also fantastic for inconsistent spring break weather. It was a great time.

Clean and comfortable beach condo

This condo is excellent. The checkin process was clear and easy. We arrived to the property and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

This was our first time staying at Emerald Isle and we loved unit 1006! It was beautiful, beachy and cozy. The unit was extremely clean, and the expansive views were stunning. I loved getting to see the gulf from the lovely kitchen. Our host was very helpful and responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summer Family Vacation 2024

Our stay at Emerald Isle was awesome! We loved the location. The condo was in excellent condition. The only negative thing to mention is the twin bed mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable according to our sons. The balcony was so nice and we loved the table and chairs. The kitchen was nicely stocked and made it easy for cooking. We would recommend this unit to anyone.

A nice time

Despite unseasonable weather, we had a lovely time at the condo, great views, walkable to go out for a special lunch, dinner, shopping which was a nice change from our time earlier in the week in Destin which required more driving. Enjoyed the beach vibe and would go back again.

A Perfect Place to Stay in Pensacola Beach!

Our first time in Pensacola and this was an incredible property for our family! Just a 5 minute drive from the main dining/entertainment/shopping area but far enough to offer a less crowded beachfront. The condo has a perfect view of the Gulf and the complimentary beach chairs & umbrella was an absolute plus. Thank you for having us Deborah and we hope to be back soon!

Great Stay!

The Villa Primera met ALL our expectations. The condo was very clean and well prepared for our stay. As well, the buildings amenities were very nice and well kept. The location sits on a nice part of the beach and is close to restaurants and shops. WELL DONE!

No tricks with the camera, what you see is what you get. The view was EXCELLENT!

The Emerald Isle was everything the pictures and reviews said it was. We had a great. We enjoyed the location, view and very helpful group at Lazy Days Beach Rentals. We had a great time and will go back and stay for more than just one week. Highly recommend Pensacola Beach and Emerald Isle.

Wonderful October Beach Stay

We loved the location! Right on the beach without having to walk far with the small kiddos was wonderful. The condo was clean and fit us perfectly, two adults and two small boys. Our boys loved the view from the balcony. The beach towels in the condo and beach chairs out on the beach were so handy, especially after flying in. It was a great stay and can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding view

Excellent apartment, spotless with a great balcony view. The check-in process was simple, and the location is great. The only problem was the lack of masks within the building, especially on the elevators.

Very clean and great view

The condo was super clean with amazing views of the gulf. A wonderful perk is having the beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental. You are also within walking distance to all the restaurants. The owners thought of everything to make you feel right at home. They even checked in to make sure we were all ok after a few nights of some intense storms. We will definitely be back for another stay!!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful updated condo. Master bed was so comfortable and the views from the balcony are great. The condo has lots of little amenities that the big rental companies don't (more than 1 roll of toilet paper, extra dishwasher detergent, plenty of trash bags, beach towels, etc)

Great condo

My family had a great time. This condo was perfect right on the beach with a great view. The pools were great too. The only complaint I have is the internet speed. It was difficult to stream anything on the TVs while we were there. Other than that it was a perfect vacation. Would definitely rent again.

Spectacular View!!! Close to everything you need for a convenient, relaxing vacation!

We had a great time. Deborah was easily accessible and easy to work with. The condo is CLEAN and equipped with all the necessities. ON THE BEACH- BALCONY VIEWS! My only con- the Air Conditioner is governed at 72 degrees- that's as low as she goes. IF that's a perfect temperature for you, then this condo will be as well.

Great Vacation Condo

We had a great stay at Deborah’s condo. Everything was clean, well-stocked and nicely furnished, while the recently remodeled kitchen, bathrooms and flooring are inviting and comfortable. The view was awesome. Deborah even gave us a heads up to a Blue Angels' fly-by with a perfect view from the balcony. The inclusion of chairs and umbrella was convenient and made it easy to scratch a couple things off our list of items to haul along. And you couldn’t beat the easy access to the pool and beach. The condo is nicely located a short distance from the bridge and within walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Great View!

The view was amazing! balcony a bit small but worth it. Needs some updating in all areas. Deborah was easy to reach and responded quickly. Loved that we got an umbrella and 2 chairs with the condo. We bought a large tent while there and with the umbrella also, it provided much needed shade towards end of trip. The two pools are great sizes and the water felt wonderful. Great trip!
