Island Beach Cottage JC100 Piscine privée et bain à remous "Des réductions disponibles!"

Au premier niveau se trouve une salle de jeux avec table de baby-foot, jeu de fléchettes et jeux. La table de jeu se transforme également en jeux multibles (table de billard et table de ping-pong). Il y a une chambre privée lits jumeaux et salle de bain privée. Un téléviseur et un magnétoscope sont également inclus. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse au rez-de-chaussée derrière un espace clos. Juste à côté de la salle de jeux se trouve un bain à remous.

Au deuxième niveau, il y a trois chambres, deux avec lits queen et une salle de bain complète et une autre chambre avec deux ensembles de lits superposés. Deux chambres ont accès au pont qui surplombent une piscine privée, jardin paysager. Il y a une balançoire sur le pont.

Au troisième niveau il y a une grande salle avec cheminée, salle à manger, cuisine et accès au demi-bain. Il y a un pont de la grande salle qui donne sur la piscine et les jardins. Il y a une chambre principale avec lit king, baignoire jacuzzi et salle de bain privée.

Great House and Location

Nice house layout, and lovely pool and hot tub area. Walking distance to beach, sound, and town of Duck. Overall highly recommend.

Island Beach Cottage

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Island Beach Cottage. The house and grounds were beautiful. Great location for shopping and eating out. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay!

The homeowner was great to work with and replied in a timely fashion. The house was great for our family and would definitely rent again! Love OBX and it was great to get out of our own homes, since quarantine!

Great Vacation Property

Wonderful house big enough for our big group. Close to beach. Particularly enjoyed the pool and the yard, made for games. Very well stocked. Everyone, ages 4 to 78, thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Absolutely wonderful time in Duck house

House was excellent, very clean, everything you needed and easily accommodated wife and I, two daughters, husbands and 5 grandchildren! Very nice yard, inground pool and hot tub! Our first trip to Duck and we loved it! Thank you Fay!

Amazing Vacation

We have vacationed at OBX for the past 15 years. This house by far is the cleanest, most well equipped house we have rented. The home owner was quick to respond to all questions and provided great information regarding the area. We will be back!

Perfect first stay in Duck

First time in Duck and staying at this property made it an amazing experience! Fay was very communicative of what the property already had and what we needed to bring with us. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day at the beach. Great location, we rented bikes for the week and we’re able to get to shops/restaurants easily. Definitely recommend!

Great Vacation Home

We absolutely loved our stay here. We appreciated the open communication Fay offered us during our vacation; that was much appreciated. This home met all our needs and the common spaces were great for some family time! We loved the shaded outdoor space and we greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was just a short walk to the private beach! We all enjoyed the beach immensely and made wonderful memories! We would absolutely recommend this place!

Family house!

Nice clean property, had some issues with lock when got there but was resolved pretty quickly! The house worked well for family, only not a fan of staying close to road kind of noisy, but overall would stay again! Very nice owners!

House did not disappoint!

Fay was super helpful and very responsive. House was clean and a short walk to beach. The pool was the perfect size and we loved the yard! Lots of cornhole competitions were played. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

First off I’d like to say Fay was wonderful. She made everything simple and was always responsive. The house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Had everything we needed plus more. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing! Short walk to the beautiful beach. Would definitely book again at this property. The whole family enjoyed it. From ages 8-64.

Short walk to beach and sound

We enjoyed our stay at island cottage. Even though there is no crosswalk at the road to cross for the beach, there is a stop light at the next street and that makes it very easy to cross without a crosswalk. The kids loved the pool. Fay was great at communicating and very helpful with the checkin and checkout process.

Fun in Duck

We had an amazing time at Island Beach Cottage. The house was perfect for our extended family and we all enjoyed the pool. The house is in a great location with a short walk to the beach and to Duck. The house is well outfitted for the beach (the beach wagon was perfect for toting my toddler grandson) and for cooking. The owner could not have been more welcoming and answered questions promptly. This is a A+ property and I highly recommend it

Perfect friends getaway

Thanks to Fay who made our stay wonderful. The large pool and hot tub were perfect as they were, but became indispensable when the storms made beach swimming impossible. The home was large, so we had plenty of room, and got to enjoy some meals out on the deck. Walk to the beach was 5 minutes. (One thing to know: you've got to bring your own toilet paper.) Would be extremely hard to top at this price.

Everything we expected!

My family came for our first trip back to Duck after a couple of years not coming. The owner made the entire process of renting the property to accessing the property as simple as it could be. The property was wonderful. We had so much room. The house is gorgeous, clean and had all kinds of extras. We enjoyed the pool daily. The walk to the beach was short although you could drive over and park. We did both. The shops in Duck are a close walk and my teenage daughter and her friend made the trip on their own and enjoyed themselves. Overall wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property and owner to anyone.

Beach Trip

The rooms and space was awesome. I was disappointed that the reviews mentioned a well stocked kitchen. The knives were dull and had a difficult time cutting produce or meats. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well; used them everyday!! I did not realize the closeness of the main road to the house; traffic could be loud at times during the night. Having the sound at the end of the road was a definite plus. We took our family photos on the pier and surrounding area. Overall; we all enjoyed our stay. It was especially nice that Fay called to make sure we had the passcode!! Thank you.

Great trip for reunion

This was a great property for our friends and family to come together for our annual summer trip. It was super clean. Very quiet. Only 1 mile walk to town. The owner was prompt in her responses to any of our texts. Gated area of the pool made us feel safe with our toddlers. Loved that it was a salt water pool. It was great having an extra refrigerator outside. Only ‘negatives’ were the 2nd floor shared bath had a pocket door that didn’t shut completely. A little awkward.. Outdoor deck/stairs had some loose wood boards. And the game table is starting to fall apart. Easy fixes. All and all, enjoyed our time!

Wonderful Time in the OBX

We all had a wonderful time. House is beautiful spacious & very well equipped. The pool & hot tub were great & put to very good use. It’s a short but pleasant walk to the beach. Crossing the Main street may take a little caution & time but we had no problem with it. Fay was easy to contact & got back to us timely on the few issues that we did encounter. The lights in & around the pool did not work & weren’t able to be fixed while we were there. We had a small issue with sugar ants near the kitchen which Fay addressed as soon as she could. The two families staying on the second floor did notice an odor that seemed like pet odor. I didn’t contact Fay regarding that as I wasn’t aware of it early in our stay. All in all we had a great vacation and have many wonderful memories to cherish. Thank you Fay for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great Multigenerational Homebase

We had my parents and my kids stay with us and the home was perfect for our needs. We cooked quite a bit at the house and it had everything we required outside of a crab pot and wine opener. Everyone slept comfortably, the home itself was very well decorated and maintained and the pool was a highlight. We enjoyed walking to watch the sunset at the sound but did drive to the private beach each day (sometimes there was no parking available). Fay was great to work with through the process. We made wonderful memories and would return.

We enjoyed our second time in 3 years staying here. The house and pool are clean. A convenient walk to the beach and mile walk to town. The owner was available for any issues/concerns.

Just Perfect!

The house filled our needs perfectly! It was close enough to the beach to easily walk and the shops were also quite close by. The pool was and hot tub were also great for swimming and relaxing without the sand or having to leave "home." The kitchen was equipped enough to make meals as well, which we did. All in all it was an excellent property and we had a wonderful time :)

Great time at OBX with all the family

Very comfortable beach house close to the beach we swam in the pool and hot tub nice restaurants and things to do in Duck and other areas on the OBX it was our first time there and we will be back and great communication and conversation with Fay the property manager, great vacation !!!😎

We bought Island Cottage in 2003. We wanted to buy a vacation home in the Outer Banks because we grew up in Virginia and my husband and I both vacationed there when we were kids. Our grandkids have had a chance to experience the same things we did when we were young! They love being so close to the ocean and the sound where they go body surfing or crabbing quite ofter. We treasure the wonderful memories we have made with them and look forward to so many more!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love this property because of the location. We love the private yard and the fact that it is a very pleasant walk to the ocean or the sound. You can witness beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to Duck Village is great whether on the walking path or on the beach!. We love Duck Village with its many unique shops and restaurants. There is also a beautiful park and a board walk along the sound that is perfect for watching sunsets or early morning walks! Great way to enjoy Duck Donuts with a cup of coffee!
