âą Check-Out: By 10:30 am. Late check-outs depend on availability and may incur a charge.
âą Luggage Storage: Available free of charge for up to 12 hours before check-in or after check-out. Additional storage beyond this timeframe costs âŹ10 per day.
âą ID Requirement: Valid photo ID (Passport, National ID, or Driverâs License) is required upon check-in.
House Rules
âą Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property tidy and report any issues immediately. Excess cleaning or damage may result in charges.
âą Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Violation incurs a âŹ200 penalty.
âą No Parties: Gatherings or parties are not allowed. Breach of this rule will lead to a âŹ200 penalty and possible eviction without refund.
âą Pets: Only permitted with prior written approval. If granted, a refundable deposit of âŹ500 and a cleaning fee of âŹ200 apply.
âą Lost Keys: A replacement fee of âŹ200 applies for lost or stolen keys.

âą Urgent Repairs: Should be reported immediately. Response time depends on severity.
âą Complaints: Must be submitted in writing for proper documentation and resolution. Compensation (if any) is at the providerâs discretion.
