The living room includes a cosy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four, ideal for relaxed evenings in. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and ironing set are also available to take care of your laundry.

The bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Guests have full access to the building’s gym and swimming pool.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a peaceful, family-friendly community in Dubai known for its leafy parks, modern apartments, and village-style layout. Located just 15–20 minutes from hotspots like Dubai Marina and Downtown, it offers a calm base with easy access to major attractions. Tourists will enjoy Circle Mall, local cafés, and over 30 parks and playgrounds. While there’s no metro station, taxis and bus links make getting around easy. JVC is ideal for travelers seeking affordable, quiet accommodation close to the city’s energy.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
