There’s also a dedicated workspace with a desk and free Wi-Fi, and the sofa converts into a queen sleeper for extra guests. Step outside through the sliding doors to your private patio oasis.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bath with a tub just across the hall.

For entertainment, enjoy cable TVs in every room: a 60" Smart TV in the living room, 55" in the master, and 42" in the guest room.

Need a little extra mobility or fun? A golf cart is available to rent—just ask! You'll also have garage parking for two cars, making your stay even more convenient.

✔️ Minimum age to rent is 35. Guests who are 55 years or older must be accompanied.
✔️ Must include all the guest names as it is required by the HOA
✔️ No children allowed except for Christmas and Easter where grandchildren are allowed to visit their grandparents
✔️ Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
✔️ Strictly no pets are allowed
✔️ No smoking inside the property.
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ Trash pickup is every Wednesday. Please make sure to leave the trash cans in the driveway every Tuesday night.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
✔️ Any unauthorized moving of furniture that results in additional cleaning, repairs, or setup may incur a fee of up to $1000.
