✔ Utilities Included: Water and electricity are included in the reservation price. Please keep this in mind when comparing with other rental properties. Use air conditioning responsibly when not in the house.

✔ Tailored Experiences: Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM to help personalize your stay – from private chefs and in-home massages (based on availability) to local experience recommendations.

✔ Transportation: A rental car is highly recommended for full convenience during your stay.

✔ Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available upon request and subject to availability (extra fee applies).

✔ Baby Gear: Crib available on request.

✔ Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs. Snorkel gear and umbrellas not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the villa after use; missing or damaged chairs incur a $75 replacement fee.

✔ Starter Kit: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll & dish soap provided to get you started. Once these items run out, guests would need to replenish them as needed.

✔ Guestbook: Includes house rules, appliance instructions, restaurant tips, supermarket locations & happy hour favorites.

✔ Clean & Ready: Professionally cleaned before arrival and after check-out.

✔ Meet & Greet: Available upon request to make your stay even more personal.

✔ Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability (additional charges may apply).

✔ No Party Policy: Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited and may result in a $750 fine.

✔ No Drugs Policy: Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the stay.

✔ Safety: The property is fenced and equipped with a safe.

✔ Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your trip. Please note that without travel insurance, any losses due to emergencies will be your sole responsibility. Our cancellation policies, as outlined on Airbnb, VRBO, or in the case of direct bookings, will be strictly followed, and refunds will only be issued according to the applicable terms on those platforms.
