Other Things to Note:
No Pets, Smoking or Vaping
Our apartment is not available to guests traveling with pets. Additionally, the apartment is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping space.
Upon booking, we will message you right away and klindly ask for copies of passports (or Emirates ID) before check-in for smooth processing at the buildingâs front desk. We are required to inform the building's front desk of these details and from Dubai Tourism.
We also ask for your flight details and arrival so we can prepare to meet and make sure you have a quick and easy check-in.
The day before checkout, we will send you a short email reminder with simple instructions to make it really easy.
We also ask that you please return all access cards in good condition at checkout. We have a card replacement fee of AED 550 per card if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. We have this policy because we are charged a replacement fee by the building secruity.
