The view and location couldn’t be better. The home is comfortable and has everything needed for a fun and relaxing time. Mitch was responsive when we had a minor issue, which was taken care of quickly. We would definitely return!

Great Beachfront Location

The Villa was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. The beach in front of the Villa was outstanding. It was quiet and well maintained with lots of chairs and loungers to use. We spotted a few starfish, a small stingray and lots of hermit crabs. We also used the kayak to visit rum point and starfish point.

Beautiful property. Great view. House was lovely and enjoyed the view from the lanai. Kaibo marina and restaurant was right across the street. Took a snorkling and Stingray City tour from marina. Rode the bikes (provided at property) to Starfish point. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Paradise

Garden of the Kai was paradise . Mitchell was excellent at responding to my many questions and Thelda helped facilitate our grocery order since we were coming in on a Sunday. Decorated beautifully and comfortable and just steps from the beach. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, this isn't the place, but if you want peace and relaxation in paradise, this is it.

Excellent Location!

We have visited Grand Cayman several times, and this is by far our favorite location. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was as described. It was very clean, and well supplied with all we needed. It was a quiet area, and exactly what we were looking for. The beach is very nice, and we enjoyed using the pool each afternoon. You can watch the sunset from the beach each evening, and can walk across the street to Kaibo for lattes, or a meal. Rum Point is also right down the road. If you are looking for a quiet area to relax in beautiful surroundings then this is the place.

Beautiful quiet getaway

Perfect place to get away from the crowds and enjoy some quiet beach time. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful area close to starfish point and bio luminescent bay. Great place to kayak or paddle are. We had the best time and can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic property and area. We traveled the island during our stay, and found this was the best beach, accommodations and area. Mitchell was great. Will recommend to all we know who will come to Grand Caymen and we will definitely return.

We've been going to Grand Cayman for over 20 years. The north side (rum point) is very quite and relaxing. The property and the view are just breath taking. Fantastic place to stay

For a one bedroom unit in this area you will not get much better than this. We are residents of the Cayman Islands so know the area very well. The unit is spacious, has a private beach (swimmable) and amazing views from the screened in porch. The owner's property manager is available on call and kindly assisted us with one or two small issues in a very timely fashion. We will be staying here again!

Amazing!

Everything about this stay was perfect! Check in was a breeze, AC worked perfectly (huge deal breaker) the location was amazing and the restaurants nearby were all wonderful! Our second day there, we were already planning our trip back. A quick 20 minute kayak trip away is Starfish Point. We ended up going twice to eat chicken wings and drink mudslides and both times spent the entire day out there. The nearby restaurants, Kaibo Beach Restaurant and Over the Edge Cafe were both excellent and everyone we talked to was super friendly! We can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing Place!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in the at Gardens of the Kay. The villa is great. Kitchen was well equipped, and I cooked all our meals. Air conditions and fans worked well and quiet and were easy to adjust. The king bed was comfortable. Lanai was our favourite place in the villa. Villa is located on a quiet beach with ocean full of star fish. Rum Point beach is five minutes away and snorkeling was excellent at both places. I highly recommend this place.

The best relaxing vacation

Let me start off by saying we staying in the off season so it was very quiet. Perfect for us. This place is tucked away on the north side and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. We spent 3 days at starfish point. Just hung out and watched the boats come in. Packed a cooler (which is supplied for you at the house). Made drinks in our yetis and just relaxed in the sun. We did take a ride to west bay beach. There is a nice beach restaurant called Bonny moon. The pool was nice and warm. Our stay was amazing and I can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks Mitchell! We will rent from you again!

Amazing View

View from screened in lanai was amazing for morning coffees and evening wine. Very quiet but lovely well maintained property. Used the kayak daily and all the property owners were very friendly and welcoming. Unit had everything we needed including games and variety of books. Explored the island and loved Cemetery beach, Spotts beach and Smith Baracade but we were always happy to arrive home to our quiet spot. Had some good meals at Caboose, Over the edge and Kaibo and enjoyed the Caybrew beers. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Marlene and Don from Alberta, Canada

Wonderful property

The hosts truly provide a wonderful opportunity to enjoy all the best of the north side of Grand Cayman at their villa! Pictures posted are certainly beautiful but in person the view and beach/water access are simply stunning! Kayak & paddle board were fantastic amenities- able to be on the water easily while no nearby rental options available this week due to off season & renovations. Lanai is perfectly appointed - great for enjoying both early morning and post-sun down. Highly recommend this property to both newcomers or returnees to the Island. It was a fantastic week and just what we needed to get away! Thank you for sharing your villa!

Surprise Get-Away for My Mom's 85th Birthday

We've been to Cayman many times but had never stayed in this area before. The pictures on the listing don't do the property and location justice. Wow! The villa was spotless and well equipped and the views breathtaking. It was a bonus having the paddle board, kayak, fins, snorkel, cooler and beach towels for enjoying our days at the beach. While my mom enjoyed her daily walks on the beach and spotting starfish, I enjoyed getting out on the paddle board and kayak. Most of the days we were there we had the entire beach area to ourselves. This is the place to be if you want to relax, enjoy stunning views and avoid the crowds. While we cooked most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen, we enjoyed walking across the street to Kaibo for drinks and watching the sunset. We highly recommend this secluded and quite piece of paradise and can't wait to come back. Thank you Mitch and Andrea for sharing your incredible property!

Best view ever

My favorite thing about this location and place is the lanai! It has the best views anyone can think of. It was so nice to sit outside with the breeze blowing and no bugs! The weather was rather windy when we were there so very limited time in the water at this location. The double kayak and paddle board were great adds. Quiet location and great place to run, and go see the starfish. You literally can just walk to the starfish beach and hang out! This place was exactly what we wanted when we chose the caymans to come visit. Place was clean, so easy to check in in. Even great if you have a hard time walking as the ramp and flat beach access made it perfect place if you have a hard time getting around. Kitchen had enough utensils, cups, cookware etc. We even used the charcoal grill for dinners. The only thing that can make this place better is to maybe label the light switches and fans. Small request and does not affect your fun time there. Oh yeah and a set of tongues for the grill. Thanks for the amazing stay!!
