Peaceful Family Home Right by BSU and Downtown Boise

This is our house we live in full time and we’re excited to share our little haven with you! We are a 6 minute drive from the airport, 5 min drive to downtown Boise, 3 min drive to Boise State University, & 2 min drive to the green belt/Boise river. We have a private driveway in the front as well as parking in the back. We are a fragrance free, non toxic home and only use plant based cleaning products :) Get the convenience of being close to downtown, but in a peaceful neighborhood!


We have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of the house that your family will feel right at home in. The master has a king size bed. The bedroom across from the master has a crib for your little ones :) The third bedroom has twin size bunk beds for small children (our 4 and 6 year old sleep in it). It’s also a possibility to put the bottom bunk bed mattress in the crib room if you’d like to separate them! On the other side of the house is the sun room and playroom. The sun room is our favorite room in the house and the perfect spot to drink your coffee in the morning as you look out the big windows at the beautiful birds that visit the feeder and playful squirrels chasing each other. :)

The playroom has a climbing wall, pikler triangle set, puzzles, games, & books for endless hours of fun! The playroom can also be turned into a 4th bedroom with a queen size bed set up. There is a 2nd bathroom located in this room with a shower as well. There’s plenty of space in the backyard for kids to play while the adults lounge on the spacious and comfy patio!

Manitou Park is a short walk at the end of our street for little and big kids alike to play at!
