HOUSE RULES:
1. Monthly, seasonal or annual rental availability.
2. Tenant's must be approved by the Castillo condo association before a booking can be finalized. Tenant's will be required to complete an electronic evaluation for review.
3. Tenant's must read and agree to the Castillo rules and regulations. These rules include, but are not limited to:
(a) children under 12 shall be under the direct control of a responsible adult. (Please note that children are very welcome in our home; however, please note that the condo has not been baby / child proofed. Please take care to ensure your child's safety.)
(b) no loud noises (music, etc.) particularly after 10 pm or before 9 am.
4. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or in the lanai.
5. Castillo pool rules are posted and include a strict no glass policy. Please use plastic or cans when taking food or beverages to the pool area.
6. We ask that you please treat our home and our neighbors with the same level of respect you would hope to receive.
