Consider this charming cottage your home away from home while you visit Skiff Lake. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen and full bed, a lovely living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, towels and linens, this delightful retreat has everything you need for a terrific stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Newly constructed, Nestled on beautiful Skiff Lake, one of New Brunswick’s glacial treasures. This cozy cottage offers private waterfront access, 27 little islands to explore by kayak, and abundant wildlife (think loons, eagles, moose!). The peaceful community spans 6.3 km², with deep swimming spots and granite boulder outcroppings for sun-soaked lounging. The cottage style complements the lake’s legends (including the famed “Gertrude” lake monster!). We have a strong local lake association’s commitment to preserving water quality and safety. We provide 2 kayaks with 2 life vests. If you wish to bring your own flotation devices, ALL MUST BE WASHED, RINSED AND DRIED, including straps, velcro, etc...We are stewards of our lake, we take pride in the fact that we do not have eurasion milfoils, blue green algea, and other very invasive species. So we ask guest to please respect this rule. We love our clean and clear lake, we hope you will as well!
