A washing machine and tumble dryer add a major convenience for longer stays, while the inner courtyard view ensures a peaceful and private ambiance away from the city noise.

• Check-In Time: Between 15:00 – 20:00. Late arrivals can be accommodated through self-check-in with advance notice.
• Guest Verification: Photo ID and full payment (including damage deposit) are required before key handover. Only registered guests may check in – visitors are not permitted.
• Damage Deposit: €250 for 1-bedroom
This deposit covers potential damages, extra cleaning, or breaches of house rules and is refunded after inspection at check-out.
• House Rules: No parties, no smoking, and no disturbances to other residents. Management reserves the right to deny or remove guests who do not comply.
• We provide Baby Cot free of cost.
The minimum age of the guest accepted without the presence of a legal guardian is 21 years old, no parties and no visitors are allowed.
Please note it is compulsory to arrange a time to collect the keys to your apartment. We kindly ask you to contact us at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date.
Please note the check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00.
The check-in time is no earlier than 15:00 and no later than 20:00 and once your arrival time is confirmed we will schedule for a member of staff to personally meet you at the location to check you in.
Check-out time is 11:00.
If you plan to arrive later than that, no problem! Please contact us in advance, we will be able to schedule self-check-in with you.
The keys will only be given to the booker following verification of photo identification and after full payment for the damage deposit has been received. Only declared guests will be able to check-in, visitors are not allowed.
Please note that a damage deposit is required to cover incidentals, including, but not limited to: breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs, breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other resident’s enjoyment of the property and in the event of unauthorized extra guests using the apartments. The damage deposit is released upon inspection after guest’s check-out. The amount collected by credit card is: 1 Bedroom/Studio Apt €200 & 2 Bedroom Apt €250.
Management reserves the right to refuse guests and evict any guests not adhering to House Rules without refund.
