We provide a basic starter pack for your stay, including essentials like toilet paper, bottled water, and one towel per guest. For longer stays, please note that itâs your responsibility to restock any items you may run out of during your stay, as we are not a hotel.
Extra Cleaning: If youâre staying longer, you can request an additional cleaning service for 150Q per clean. This must be arranged in advance and is subject to the cleanerâs availability.
1. No Parties or Excessive Noise
- No unregistered guest.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and building security regularly monitors the premises.
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM.
- The building imposes a fine of up to 5,000Q for noise violations and 1000Q by us for the innocence we have to deal with the building for meetings. Repeated offences may result in eviction from the apartment.
- If you are considering a party we kindly ask you to consider booking elsewhere, as our neighbour next door is sensitive to noise and may raise concerns.
2. No Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. If you choose to smoke on the balcony, please ensure the doors are fully closed.
- If any evidence of smoking is found inside the apartment, a Q500 additional cleaning fee will be applied.
3. Pool Guidelines
- The pool is free to use and open until 10 PM.
- When using elevators and public areas, please wear appropriate clothing.
4. Lights and Electronics
- Turn off all lights and electronics whenever you leave the apartment to help conserve energy.
5. Toilet Usage
- Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, condoms, tampons, cigarettes, or any other items down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
6. Damage and Breakage
- Report any damages or breakages immediately.
- Guests will be charged for broken items, lost keys, or any fines imposed by the building.
7. Pets
- Small pets are allowed but must be taken to the designated pet area on the ground floor for their needs.
- If you have a barking dog, we kindly ask you to consider booking elsewhere, as our neighbour next door is sensitive to noise and may raise concerns.
