This brand new, coastal-chic beach house is in the final stages of completion and ready to become your go-to retreat for sun, surf, and laid-back luxury. With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 sparkling new bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 8 guests, this home has everything you need for the ultimate seaside escape.
Just steps from the oceanâless than 0.1 mile to the nearest beach accessâNauti Mermaid offers breathtaking ocean views and all the charm of a classic beach vacation with modern, stylish updates throughout.
On the second floor, youâll find three bright and breezy bedrooms:
â Two queen bedrooms that share a sleek Jack and Jill bathroom.
â A serene king suite with a private bathroomâyour own quiet corner after a day of coastal fun.
The third floor features an open-concept living space with a fully stocked chefâs kitchen, complete with a huge island, modern appliances, and plenty of room for gathering around. There's also a dining area, a cozy living space, and a designated workspace for those mixing business with pleasure. The fourth bedroom is also on this level, with its own en-suite bath and direct access to the pool deck.
Outside, the expansive back deck is your private oasis, featuring an elevated pool, a hot tub, and a propane grillâperfect for lazy afternoons, sunset dinners, and stargazing with a drink in hand. Whether you're catching rays or cooling off in the water, there's no better place to enjoy the coastal breeze and relax in style.
