Park McKinley West Parking (Uncovered):
* Php 50 for the first 3 hours
* Php 15 for each additional hour or fraction thereof
* Overnight parking: Php 150 plus the hourly rate

House Rules

Quiet Time:
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours, to respect our neighbors. This is a non-smoking unit, and smoking is not permitted inside the condominium.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible, depending on availability, but please inquire in advance.

Cleaning Fee:
A one-time cleaning fee is included in your booking to ensure the apartment is spotless upon your arrival.

Building Access:
The building has 24/7 security, and you’ll need to present a government-issued ID at the reception upon check-in for verification. This is for your safety and the safety of other residents.

Wi-Fi:
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. The network details will be provided upon your arrival.

Pets:
We understand that pets are part of the family! We allow 2 small pet to stay with you during your visit. Whether you’re traveling with a teacup breed or a small companion, your furry friend is welcome.

Note:
We kindly ask that you be mindful of our furniture and ensure any mess your pet makes is cleaned up. This helps us maintain a comfortable space for all guests. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing your pet along, and we’ll ensure everything is ready for your stay!
