Except for master it has 1 full and 2 twins ,Kitchen furnished with cookware, table settings , toaster, coffee pot, microwave, range,refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, picnic table 40" TV , central heat & Air, 2 full baths tub with shower. On one acre lot. One mile from Alberta Creek major marina, close to Washita Point sandy beach,( nicest sandy beach around),Other marinas close by. close to golf course. Texoma is a great lake to boat or fish. Seven guides. Great place for family get togethers. Quiet community.
