This suite offers a perfect combination of comfort, privacy and proximity to the beach. With a fully-equipped kitchen, allowing you to unleash your culinary creativity and prepare delicious meals with ease. The cozy suite provides one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bathroom, but has an additional sofa bed. Please note that there is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a capacity of 4 people. We welcome you to enjoy the fenced in outdoor patio with a grill and outdoor seating.

No need to worry about laundry during your beach getaway, as our suite offers a convenient laundry area for your convenience.

We invite you to enjoy our beautiful independent suite, which is attached to the main house that is also rented on Airbnb. Furthermore, it's important to note that the property is situated on a busy street with significant traffic flow. However, once inside the home, you will enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, shielded from any external noise.
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours and maintain a considerate noise level.
We love dogs here but there are some basic rules:
1. On arrival let your dog go on the grass before bringing it inside.
2. Bring a blanket for your dogs when sitting on the furniture.
3. The white towels in the bathroom are for humans only.
4. Please report any accidents so I can ensure they are cleaned up properly and do not encourage future guest’s dogs to pee there.
5. Unattended dogs during the stay need to remain inside the dog cage.
6. Please note that pets are not allowed to sleep on the bed or sofa.
