Appartement entièrement meublé à louer dans la partie centrale de Bakou avec une excellente vue sur la ville. La région est proche de Baksovet, Drama Theatre et Hyatt Regency. Facile à contourner. L'avenue Narimanov est l'une des principales artères de transport de la ville, et l'emplacement offre l'une des meilleures vues de la ville depuis le haut de l'amphithéâtre de Bakou. À l'heure actuelle, la superficie subit un réaménagement à grande échelle, un nouveau grand parc étant construit juste en face de la route. À l'heure actuelle, les autorités de la ville effectuent des travaux de redécoration sur la façade extérieure de notre immeuble, ce qui n'affecte en rien la cour ou les intérieurs du bâtiment.
