The Space
The villa features several indoor and outdoor areas designed for relaxation and togetherness.
Three real fireplaces â located in the living room, kitchen and wine cellar â provide warmth, atmosphere and a calm Scandinavian feel.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining table that seats 12 guests, with the option to arrange additional seating for larger groups.
The garden overlooks open fields, meadows and forest edges, offering a peaceful nature setting. The outdoor garden room features a dining table with seating for 12 guests and is frequently used during the summer season for meals, gatherings and quiet mornings. Roe deer are often seen in the garden, especially in the early mornings and evenings, and sometimes rest beneath the large oak tree. Several guests have enjoyed early morning yoga in this area, appreciating the natural silence and calm surroundings.
Five bedrooms and a loft living area provide sleeping arrangements for up to 15 guests, making the villa suitable for families, groups, and longer stays.
Outdoor Hot Tub
The Skargards Regal 220 outdoor hot tub is electrically heated and kept at a comfortable base temperature of around 35°C (95°F), meaning it is warm and ready for use at any time.
Guests may add firewood approximately 30 minutes before use for a traditional wood-fired atmosphere or a higher temperature.
Boat and Fishing
A 14-foot boat with a 9.9 hp engine is available from April to November, or on request outside this period.
It is suitable for calm water excursions, fishing or quiet exploration of the nearby coastline and fjord areas.
Traditional local fishing spots, used by generations, can be shared upon request.

Guest Access
