Guests will feel right at home while enjoying a fenced yard and a very large patio with individual seating and picnic table. The house was built in 1960 at which time an addition was added on to the rear of the structure for the previous owner's mother-in-law. The house and addition are completely separate each having its own private entranceway. Neither the house nor the addition is accessible to each other.
