Welcome to HACIENDA DE GRACE, Blind Sodus Bay’s hidden gem designed to attract guests looking for a stylish lakeside retreat.

✨ A split-level sanctuary nestled on the peaceful shores of Blind Sodus Bay, Hacienda De Grace is the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and lakeside charm. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing family getaway, a team retreat, or a weekend with friends, this spacious home will offer a luxurious and memorable experience.

-2 full bathrooms equipped with soft and fluffy towels and
-2 futons to sleep a total of 10
-Air conditioning, WiFi, and off-street parking
FOYER
• Step into the grandeur of a 2-story foyer with glass stair railings that open into a split-level design, offering views into the heart of the home and flooded with natural light.
LIVING SPACES
• Soaring cathedral ceilings and gleaming hardwood floors that cover the entire home.
• A cozy L-shaped low-profile couch ensures your uninterrupted views of the lake.
• Expansive windows fill the space with natural light and breathtaking views

• The large window that overlooks the parking area and greenery floods the room with natural light.

(NO LAKE ACCESS) **Important: we are directly on the lake but have no steps or pathway down to the bay or lake. Free rock beach access under 2 miles away.
• 2 backyard patios. Both with chairs. One covered under the deck and the other open. Grassy part of the backyard is undergoing improvements and not safe for young children at this time.

Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with an extra pet fee. Quiet hours after 10:30pm, this is a residential area. Safety is a priority with two exterior security cameras—one at the front door and back door. Please note, we maintain a smoke-free home and marijuana-free property and home. Please inform all guests of this smoking and vaping policy, and house rules including quiet hours.
