A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
A charge of $75.00 per night, per dog plus tax for rooms will be applied to your account.
Due to health code regulations, we regret that dogs, except for service dogs, are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, except as passing through. Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, and the designated outdoor dog park located on property.
Your dog cannot be left unattended in your room at any time .
Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times when he/she is in the Hotel or on the Hotel property unless it is in your room .
Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Please be responsible for cleaning up after your dog on Hotel property. Dog relief areas are available north side of Zen garden with waste disposal dispensers.

From 9:00 pm to 7:00 am hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests. Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.

Linen and towels are changed by request only. Request must be made before 7:00PM
Hotel guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the hotel.
It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals into the hotel.
It is allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the hotel. Hotel request responsibility from guest to remove all contents of departure of your stay.
It is not permitted to use personal iron, hot plates, electric heaters or any other heater device.
For your convenience hotel has arranged the parking in front of the hotel.
Hotel takes NO responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking. You will receive a parking permit with your room number upon check in.
For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, All damages will be charged to your card.
All departures after 11 a.m. will be considered as late departure and additional cost of $50.00 per hour will be applied to Guestâs hotel account. If departure is after 6 p.m. an extra night including breakfast, will be charged.
Please check for details with Concierge Office. If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to checkout earlier, it is necessary to inform concierge office 24hrs prior to departure. Otherwise, full night stay with breakfast will be charged. In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.
In case of fire alarm, please evacuate your room immediately and gather in the parking lot for further instructions.
Guest removes any room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, robes etc.) Hotel will charge for all missing items.
