Spacious, clean, updated apartment with a very comfortable bed! Our only drawback was not being able to control the temperature in the unit because it has steam radiators controlled by the building; big temp swings throughout our stay. Other than that great safe place centrally located in Lakeview.

Great location. Very clean. Secure building. Walkable neighborhood's. Very nicely redone apartment. It’s a bit noisy with the upstairs floors creaking and outside sirens, but also those are the sounds of the city to be expected. Earplugs provided. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

My wife, daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay over two nights. The unit was spotlessly clean, and furnished comfortably. It was a pleasant surprise to find one bedroom had a king bed, when we thought both bedrooms had queen beds. That was a nice bonus. We definitely would stay here again.

Other than the one major problem that we had it seemed like a very adequate rental. The problem we had was that we rented it over Thanksgiving assuming that when they said they had a fully stocked kitchen that the stove and oven would work. However they did not, and the host had no answer to it and we were not able to cook for thanksgiving. Would not recommend this host to anyone.

The host was very communicative, the location was in a safe clean neighborhood. Great location for exploring north Chicago. Home was super cute and clean, perfect for our mother/daughter trip.

Great spot for our visit to Chicago. Very clean and well kept with everything we needed. Location is outstanding for visiting Lake View, Lincoln Park or Wrigleyville, which we were doing, and there is great access to public transportation.Kristine (host) was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Clean, cozy and cool!

This was my first time ever using Vrbo so I was a bit nervous but the host was so welcoming and the check-in process was a breeze!!! The location of the apartment was amazing!!! My best friend and I forgot a few things at home but was able to walk 2 minutes to a Whole Foods and grabbed what we needed! The inside of the apartment was very clean, modern and really accommodating. I fell in love with how cool the kitchen was and selfie ready the bathroom mirror is lol. I hope this apt is available next time I’m in Chicago.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

We had a great stay. Our host was very communicative from the start and made accessing the property very easy. The place was immaculate and each room had its own air conditioner, which was nice considering it was in the 90’s outside for our whole trip. The property is in a perfect location, with a Whole Foods and a Walgreens less than a block away. Parking can be hard to find in Chicago without paying a fortune, however I found free street parking just a couple of blocks north on Ashland, so I recommend checking there before paying for overnight parking. Beds were nice and comfy and the place is well-equipped for any length of stay. We will definitely stay here for every Chicago trip moving forward!

Loved the placed. Was exactly as depicted and in a great spot to check out bars and restaurants for 3 guys in our mid to late twenties. The host was very accommodating and when I contacted them about extra bedding they had it delivered direct to us. The only issue someone might run into with this property is if you are driving in from out of town. The street parking is all payed and has rules the require moving your car in the middle of the night so we parked off site for the 3 days and just took the train or walked, or rideshared everywhere. Overall, would stay again.
