Smoking Policy

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is not permitted inside the home. Violations of this policy will result in a $250 fine to cover additional cleaning and potential smoke remediation services. Guests are welcome to smoke outside; however, we kindly ask that you dispose of any cigarette butts responsibly and leave the area as you found it.

Parties & Events

We have a strict no-parties and no-events policy. Nola Tropical Getaway is intended for registered guests only. Any gatherings, unauthorized events, excessive noise, or additional unregistered guests will incur extra charges and may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all guests, so we ask that you respect our home and neighbors during your visit.

Early Check-In

Early check-in is not guaranteed but may be possible depending on availability. You’re welcome to request a preferred check-in time, and we will do our best to accommodate, though confirmation depends on the preparation schedule for the day. Please reach out to us directly to discuss any early check-in requests.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out must be approved in advance. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you stay beyond this time without prior approval, a $100 fee will apply, or you may be charged for an additional night at the full listing rate. To avoid these charges, please confirm any late check-out requests with us ahead of time.

Cleaning Policy

Our cleaning fee reflects the standard cleaning required for each guest. We kindly ask that guests help us maintain our home by performing basic tidying, such as placing used dishes in the dishwasher, placing towels in the laundry hamper, and leaving the home in a respectful condition. If our cleaning team finds an unreasonable mess or damage beyond normal use, an additional fee of $150 will be assessed to cover the extra time and resources needed.

Pet Policy:
We are a pet-friendly property and welcome guests traveling with pets. However, all pets must be disclosed and discussed with the host prior to arrival and receive approval. Please note, there is a additional fee per night, per pet fee to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. This policy helps us ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Towels & Linens

We provide high-quality linens and towels for your comfort. Please place any used towels and linens in the designated laundry hamper upon check-out. In the event of any damage or missing items, the following fees will be assessed:

• Face Towel: $10
• Hand Towel: $20
• Body/Beach Towel: $30
• Sheets: $65
• Duvet/Blanket: $85

Guest Responsibility for Damages

Guests are responsible for any and all damages that occur during their stay. To ensure transparency and fairness:
1. Pre-Check-In Documentation: We strongly recommend that guests take clear photos/videos upon arrival to document the condition of the property.
2. Post-Check-Out Documentation: Before departing, please take another set of photos/videos to confirm the property remains in the same condition.
3. Damage Reporting: If any damage occurs, it must be reported immediately. Failure to report damages before check-out will result in the guest being held liable.
4. Liability & Charges: Any unreported damage discovered after check-out will be assessed and charged accordingly. Fees will be determined based on repair/replacement costs.
